Late night last week, only my refrigerator goes out so I check the breaker and sure enough, it's been tripped. I flipped it and after 10-15 mins it kept triggering. I asked the residents in our building if anyone else had this issue and two other tenants replied yes and to call Max. So I did! I needed a pro and I wanted to be confident in who I chose for stuff like this. They came highly recommended and fast. When they arrived, they were so incredibly NICE!!!! Cost wise (because I do my research) excellent!! Now as I leave my review, I can see why everyone loves Max Electric.

Darin rewired a fixer-upper for me while he was still a journeyman, and I had requested him ever since. He stood out so I was not surprised when he finally opened Max. He's solid and know his stuff!

Just had great service from Darin at Max Electrical Service. Like other reviews have said, he responds quickly to quote inquiries. He was able to get me on his schedule quickly and got the job done for the price he originally quoted and did a fantastic job. Very professional and nice. We will definitely be using him in the future for other work we need done. I highly recommend!!

Take note other companies, this is how it's done. 9:30am, I submitted a request for quote to multiple companies on Yelp, most said they would be able to help on Monday. By 10:00am, I'd made contact with Max Electrical. By 10:30am, exactly as he'd said, he arrived at my place. How can this be? A worker who says what he does and does what he says? Already a 5 star experience, and he hadn't even begun work!

Now gets to the juicy part--he gave a quote of what the visit would cost based on my explanation of what went on. By 11:00am (just 30 minutes after his arrival), he'd done the work, I was up and running back to new, and get this--the estimate matched what he'd quoted!

As I told him, I've had several small jobs that require the need of straight forward help, and there is a lot of money to be made for someone who can simply follow through in this line of business. And, I hope it all goes to Max Electrical, because it's so rare to find good service anymore.

Another excellent service call by Darin for our property in Austin!

Contacted him Friday night at 8pm about fridge issue. He responded with estimate in less than 10 minutes. It was a very fair price (and I am cheap) so I asked if he might be able to come out Sat. and he said that was not a problem at all.

He called when he was on the way and arrived 10 minutes before scheduled, we spoke about the issue for a few minutes and he went to work. He left for a part and came right back and completed the repair for the amount quoted and even included some additional work and left the extra parts. He is a true professional and works very well with his clients.
