Max Electric converted all of the outlets in our 20 unit apartment to GFCI to bring us up to code. They were very reasonably priced, super polite, and worked diligently and effectively. Maksim is also very responsive to emails and texts, and I find him to be honest and trustworthy. It's great to have finally found a solid electrical company for the building.

I didn't end up using Max electric in the end because my building is super old and my HOA is very fussy with approving contractors for work in my 100 year old building. BUT, that said, I called Max, and he was VERY responsive with coming to my condo in SF within 2 days of my call, and walked me through how a complete re-wire job (new circuit box, new wires to the ceilings and outlets)

His bid was in line with the contractor I ended up with, but I went for the other guy because the HOA president strongly encouraged that I use his contractor for my re-wire job.

We woke up this am to our smoke alarm going off a couple times for no reason. Contacted a few vendors and Max got the bid with their reasonable charge and glowing reviews. I now wish to add to that pile. The electrician who came was courteous and efficient. He figured out the problem (replace two defective alarms) and quickly completed the task. Now the BEST part. At the same time we noticed an issue with our Google thermostat. It needed charging tho connected to electrical system? Our guy had the time so spent a few minutes and figured out it was connected to furnace but not whole system. THIS IS THE EPITOME OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - GOING THE EXTRA MILE (at not extra charge I might add). Max gets our biz from now on...
