Plumber Robert came to my parents house today to look at there Water Heater because the Pilot Light was out. Robert was able to light the Pilot Light, and provided my parents with his diagnosis. Robert gave estimates to repair and replace the Water Heater. My parents will definitely get there Water Heater replaced by him, if the issue continues, because of the information and honesty he provided them.

Nate was phenomenal. He was punctual, personable, professional, and extremely informative. After explaining the issue, he got right to work and provided multiple options. Due to time restrains I went with the quickest fix but I could not be more satisfied. Typically, my stubborn, ""can-do"" attitude would lead me to resolve the problem on my own but with Christmas right around the corner I decided to leave it to the professionals. I do not regret it. Maverick was worth every penny. Nate went above and beyond and I will be requesting Maverick and Nate for their services for all electrical needs in the future.

Kyle came out to check out the issue with our HVAC unit because we weren't getting heat. He realized the issue, had technicians come out the following week to replace and swap out the old for a new, which was difficult due to tight space indoors and rain pouring outside. I felt bad for the technician, yet they were both extremely respectful and professional. The work took a few hours, but worth it because we have an updated unit and have heat! The unit is much nicer, nothing rattling inside or loose and the guys made sure to clean up and vacuum after themselves. I appreciate your service!

Their tech, while on speaker phone with his boss in our kitchen, quoted us an HVAC installation of $24,000, and with rebates should end up around $20,000. We went forward the installation in July, and never heard from them again. I called them over 6 times since July, and never received a return call. Finally spoke with someone on Monday, and claimed that the tech and his boss never said that - these guys offered this deal to us in OUR kitchen. Unreal!! COMPLETELY dishonest, and untrustworthy. Find a different company to work with other than these guys.

Had a great experience with this company and specifically Nate! He did a very thorough and professional job installing my EV charger. He is very personable and down to earth. Good job and once again give this man a raise!!! 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to get an EV charger.

call to make an appointment for someone to come to the home that I'm renting for a quote to put a new unit in. I was told that they need to speak to the owners, this makes no sense for just a quote cause if the owner gets paper work from the company and excepts the quote you will have full contact cause the owner has to pay you.
