Mr. Scott has dedicated the last 11 years to serving the City of Tampa. During this period, I have personally observed his work on projects where he served as foreman, and I have encountered no issues with his performance. He successfully completed the Master Examination in 1989 and worked in other municipalities until 1996, when he focused on the Tampa area. He has consistently demonstrated his reliability and expertise as an electrician in the region.
