Mr. Scott has been actively engaged in the City of Tampa for the last 11 years. In this timeframe, I have seen him lead projects and have had no concerns regarding his work quality. Mr. Scott passed the Master Examination in 1989 and has been installing systems in other municipalities until 1996 when he began working in the Tampa area. He has consistently demonstrated his reliability and expertise as an electrician in the region.
