If you want anything Ikea - for your closet or elsewhere - Matthew is your guy. He helped me plan out what I was looking to do, picked up the materials from Ikea and built all of it. He's a former manager at Ikea and knows their products inside and out. He showed up when he said he was going to, did what he said he was going to and charged what he said he was going to. I wish that everyone I worked with was so easy to deal with. I'm already thinking about ways that I could use him again.

Hired Matthew after we reached out to him for a simple quote to install 2 mini-blinds. I'm not handy at all drilling holes, I tend to just do it all wrong. And drilling 4 holes can sound simple, try doing it well so that you don't have to drill more holes and set it unbalanced. I'd rather leave to skilled experts. I like that his quote was straight forward and based on the time it would take, it was a good reasonable quote. So I decided to hire him to come over. Nothing like having a person that knows what he is doing, but ""really knowing"" what he is doing. Big plus about him: He had a nice website, with pictures, and his pricing clearly stated. That's good because it told me that he's prepared and wants to do honest business. Wife and I already appreciated having some time to talk to Matthew and him telling us about his experience with IKEA. From the examples and reviews, we knew that this would be a good person to reach out to. Work was done as expected, area cleaned up after the work was done, and he came fully prepared with all the tools he needed. His number is now handy for me to have when I'll need him for future work done. I like that he was honest, straight-forward, professional, experienced, and just a nice guy to talk to. Give him a chance, give him a call, request a quote, and you won't go wrong with him. Oh, and he was punctual on the dot.

I needed a 12' x 14' pergola that I purchased at Costco assembled, and am thrilled with the job Matthew and his crew did. Excellent from start to finish- he was incredibly responsive to inquiries about his services and prices, and he came out to discuss and bid the job promptly. Scheduling was a breeze, the price was extremely competitive/fair, they were completely dependable, and the finished product is excellent. We needed a small storage shed (6ft x 4ft x 7ft) assembled and secured to concrete. My wife found Matthew recommended in a Facebook mom's group. We sent him the assembly instructions from the manufacturer and he gave us an hourly rate & estimated hours. He finished faster than his estimate, which is always appreciated.

Matthew was responsive & cordial in setting up appointment, and showed up on time the day of the work. We have two young children who were very interested in his work, and he was patient and kind in his interactions with them. Payment was easy (I opted for Venmo), and he cleaned up his work space.
