This company is very reliable and trustworthy. I had an issue and they arrived on time, and fixed the problem fast. They were concerned, polite and most of all, solved the problem. I look forward to another electrical issue know this company is the one to call.

A human answered the phone on the first call and set up an appointment the same day. Everyone else I called I got voice mail, and only one responded... with a text telling me the next available appointment was 14 days out.

Anyway, Daniel, a clean cut and articulate gentleman, showed up promptly and took care of my issue quickly. He even hung out for a while to help me deal with my HVAC contractor who was blaming issues with the AC on ""something is wrong with the wiring in that house"". I have owned the house since it was built, and watched it being built with daily visits. In 35 years I have never had an issue with the electrical system. It has proved to be quite robust. Daniel helped me put this to rest with a clean bill of electrical health.

Matrix Electric wired my house! They did a great job! We have lights that automatically turn on when you open the closet doors. I love setting scenes with my Lutron lighting. Ask for Daniel - he'll take care of ya. Mr Ponton is nice, too!
