I contacted this company based off of their reviews, which were great. I definitely see why. I contacted them through Yelp and they responded within minutes. They informed me of their appointment times and I had an appointment scheduled in minutes. I ended up having to cancel that appointment and told them that I probably would have to go with another company because their hours of operation matched my work schedule. They went out of their way and hours to accommodate me and my schedule. I was having an issue where an outlet in my house needed to be switched out and I was too afraid to touch it myself. Friends and family had offered to change it, but I did not feel comfortable and refuse to play with anything that can start an electrical fire. Great thing that I did because the outlet had popped sparks, started melting plastic and flipped the breaker. When I flipped the breaker back on, the only thing working were the lights in the room... none of the outlets worked... Which apparently was a safety feature / emergency cut off to prevent fires. The gentleman showed up to my home outside of hours of operation... told me what the issue was... Made the repair... and was on his way. He wasn't even there for 30 minutes. He explained to me how someone had tried to replace it themselves and left a wire too long... He said it seems simple... But if done incorrectly can be disastrous. He made a recommendation, but did not push me to commit at this time or in the future to switch out all outlets, because previous owners were CLEARY DIYers. I was charged a fee to come out which I was told would go toward the repairs if I decided to go though with the repairs. So it was the consultation fee or the repairs less the consultation fee. I was only charged the consultation fee and my problem was solved. This company is going in my ""Home repairs arsenal."" Thanks guys!

This is not a very honest company, they do bait and switch tricks. They charged me 150 to come trouble shoot a breaker that keep tripping and showed up at 5:00 pm. They told me after 5 minutes that I just had to move a microwave from one side of counter to other!! That was the extent of visit. They told me the charge would go towards repair so since they didn't do any work I asked about adding outlet and instead of doing work for cost of trip, they wanted to charge me another 175.00 to add outlet. I asked for this to go towards the repair and was denied. This is my 2nd attempt to do business with them and they alway make me regret it. Please beware. Every brother ain't a brother.

Patrice in the office is amazing, she really looked out for me when GA Power refused a onsite visit. Wayne the electrician was just as caring and personable. I am so grateful for them, they made a difficult situation (power turned off in error by GA Power) palatable.

Installed a complete home generator at my house: This is a VERY professional company! All three individuals I met during the course of my project were extremely friendly and helpful. Of course, installing a generator isn't cheap, but Masters provided very fair pricing and terrific service. Also had great communication from their office staff. Highly recommended!

Two technicians showed up. The elder gentleman was very knowledgeable and both were very helpful. It took them no time to troubleshoot and fixed the issue. I ended up asking them to help change my outdoor lightbulb and battery for my smoke detectors. I will definitely use this vendor again.

I came to visit my mother in law and found that she was having some electrical issues. Called Masters and they had two techs come out and check the electrical work that same day. The techs told me the sensors on the lights went bad so they replaced both units. The total cost was $530 which I thought was a little pricey, but overall it was worth it to get the issue inspected and fixed the same day. Ray and Ralph were incredibly friendly and professional and I would gladly recommend this company to others.

Ralph and Ray did an excellent job getting an old panel replaced, bring my grounding up to code, and installing a Tesla charger (outside in pouring rain). Price was much more competitive than 3 other companies I talked to. They were super polite and knowledgeable about any questions I had. Highly recommend Gerald and his team!
