They were great and very professional! Would def hire again! We needed an outlet wiring checked and fixed and cable installed in our living. They did a perfect job and cleaned up after with vacuuming and scrubbing the carpet where some dirt was tracked in.

My husband and I highly recommend Masters Generator and Electrical Service. We live in an area with above-ground power lines and lose power frequently. Masters Generator did an EXCELLENT job installing a Briggs & Stratton emergency generator (powered by natural gas) that kicks in automatically if we have a power outage.

Gerald and his technicians gave us a very reasonable quote and completed the installation in two days, working through heavy rains to complete the job. They were VERY knowledgable and professional and gave us the best possible result, far exceeding our expectations. In addition, they were more respectful of our home, property, w/ cleanup, etc. We were only without power for under 2 hours as they ran the generator circuitry through our main panel. We were able to run most of our home off the generator only, which other contractors seemed unable to do.

Ray even came back late tonight when I had an issue with my water heater and relit the pilot for me after my many failed attempts. That's great customer service!

You will not regret hiring them for your lighting and electrical needs. Electrician Ray is awesome! He is very detail oriented and was very accommodating to all my needs. Trust me when I say that, because I am a very picky person. He has also a wealth of knowledge in his field.
I am very pleased with my chandelier installation!
Bottom line: Hire them! They are prompt, honest, experienced, and do quality work.

My ability to get someone to the house promptly was great!

Christian was at my house early and called to let me know. He diagnosed my problem, replaced the offending switch and utilized the rest of my hour to finish up with other outdated switches that need replacing. He was terrific and I was very satisfied with him and Masters.

I first hired Masters to fix some issues with a condo I was preparing to sell, and to add some nice-to-haves to make it even better. This time I was under-contract with a buyer and that buyer's inspector found some issues with the electrical box. Without hesitation I reached out to Masters to address this. Gerald responded very quickly, and was able to book someone to come out in just 2 days. The same electrician that came out the first time called 15 minutes before the 9-12 window given, to say that he was only a few minutes away! Bravo for punctuality. He was able to quickly understand the issue, and worked quickly on repairing it. The work was done well and quickly.

Extremely pleased with Master's. Gerald returned my call within the hour; I explained my needs; he gave me estimate over the phone; appointment scheduled for two days later. He arrived within window he stated. That same afternoon Christian arrived and accomplished the work in two hours. Christian was very knowledgeable and personable. Master's outbid competition by considerable amount. I will definitely call on Master's again when I need a certified electrician.

Gerald and his guys are the best! They installed a bunch of new lights and outlets in our new place, and they all look great! Gerald is really quick with communication (Yelp and phone). He came out the next morning to give us a quote and had his guys come do everything for us in a few days. Christian, who installed, is courteous and knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure working with them!
