I've been referring my clients to Masters Electric for years. Just a shout out to thank Jerry Masters of Masters Electric (four helping the buyer of my fixer-upper in South Daytona last month. His advice and estimate for work to be done after closing, helped the young buyer succeed in purchasing her first home!

Absolutely amazing! I contacted Lindsay in the office. They didn't have any appointments available but there happen to be a crew across the street from my home. I walked across the street and Lindsay was able to speak to them quickly, within five minutes they popped over to my house did a bunch of troubleshooting figured out it was not an electrical problem and was able to give me the information I needed to contact my electric water heater company. Rob was super knowledgeable, his assistant right there to help. I highly recommend this company!

Nope! We have used Masters Electric several times and had them replace our electrical panel. We own a manufactured home inside La Costa Village and that panel cost us over $1800. The guy they sent to do the work did a horrible job and it took him several trips to get it done. He had a bad attitude and was a new hire for Masters Electric. I called the other day and was told the guy was fired and that they would put us on the list for service. We have not heard a thing from them in two weeks and mind you the electricity is out on 1 half of our building. Buyers beware, they are too busy and hire substandard help due to the amount of work they have. If they fired this guy for poor craftsmanship we want the owner, not a hack to come here and inspect the work that was done inside, behind, and around this new panel install. Also, note that code enforcement here in South Daytona, Port Orange, and the general Volusia County area is totally worthless! However, we will file some complaints there if these simple complaints don't get immediate action.

If you have an estimate appointment and your estimator is not going to show for that appointment, DON""T expect a courtesy call to that effect. Not a GOOD WAY to do business !!

My garage door opener stopped working and was beeping. After calling around garage door repairs, I was told it sounded like an electric problem. I tried the breaker, but it did not do anything. I called Masters, and after explaining the situation spoke to Mr. Masters. He told me to find an outlet and see if it worked. I did, and it was the switch! He easily could have sent someone out and collected a service fee. His honesty is refreshing in these times, and I would not hesitate to call for any electrical needs in the future.

I have used Masters Electric several times and they always do a good job. I needed a new grill to be wired in my outdoor kitchen and wanted it code compliant. I am very happy with the job they did, punctual and very neat work too.

This company came in we discussed a price range of 450 to 625 and they worked. The job end they billed 700 and gave a receipt with no company name of information. They were rude when I called and finally got a call after 3 messages and no satisfaction. If you read all reviews, I am not the first customer to report this interaction.

Has them come out and fix some electrical problems in a pinch, and not only did they fit me in, but they charged me less than they said they would because it took them less time. w00t!

They prefer check / cash, which is a bit of a downside, but when I told them I was one of those ""annoying millennials"" that doesn't have checks, they let me pay by card. So wins all around for me.

My late husband Skip and I have been using Masters for years both for major renovations and minor fixes. We would never use anyone else. They respond quickly, are knowledgeable, and priced fairly. Highly recommend them.
