Still receiving unsolicited spam text messages from them. They clearly don't care. Is this the type of company you would want to do business with?

I received a message from them after my last review. They asked for my name and number to help them remove it from their list. Unfortunately, that's not how this works. It's their duty to make sure their contact list is legal. Not punting the responsibility to the victim of their spam.

Eddie and his team are professional, friendly and prompt. My home's AC unit needed repairs and they were out at my house incredibly fast. I had an inspection and honest and detailed explanation of the potential issues and a quote shortly after. Eddie and his team were very accommodating with my schedule and making an appointment for the repairs. The tech who performed the work was very friendly and performed the repairs with almost no disruption to my work at home environment. His pricing was extremely competitive to top it all off. I highly recommend Master Maintenance for your HVAC needs.

This company is sending out txt making it seem like I have used their services in the past and trying to get me to schedule maintenance services. I am on a do not call or txt list. This sort of txt is misleading and preys on uninformed home owners. I don't appreciate this type of scam txt. You should be ashamed of this.

I have never had any contact with this company at all. I had my phone on the Federal/National DO NOT CALL list; and clearly this company is not practicing professionally by texting me unsolicitedly!

Contacted Ernesto after AAA Furnace never got back to us. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule at the last minute. I don't know what his rate is like compared to other companies, but it seemed very reasonable. He gave us helpful recommendations and advice, showed us the proper way to install the filters, and cleaned the furnace and AC unit. Ernest was very professional, and I'll be putting him on my list of home maintenance companies to call in the future.

He ended up fixing our Central Air Conditioner Condenser (it was leaking Freon) and adding much required 'gold-flake Freon' at a reasonable cost.

The overall price was much lower than other recommended AC experts on the ND. Plus, Ernesto is our friendly neighbor who lives in the Villages.

I found Ernesto on Nextdoor. My AC stopped working and I called and left a voicemail with Ernesto. He called me back the next day and was at my house by noon fixing my AC. My fan condenser needed replacing and he had the part on hand. I also told him I had an issue with AC pressure in my bedroom. Ernesto spent an hour crawling in my crawl space looking for the issue and he found it. He wasn't going to give up until he found it and fixed it. I then had him come back and replace my 50 gallon water heater ($1,600), for a reasonable price. I'm happy with Ernestos response time, price and service.
