Rick Massey has been a proven general contractor. He has built a thriving business and ensured quality control across all projects. He holds certifications in Green Building Pool and Spa, along with OSHA, EarthCraft, and the Home Builders Association, and is licensed for both residential and commercial construction in Georgia and Florida.
