We did not have a light in our living room and we were changing out fixtures in our dining room. They came in and installed a ceiling fan where there was not an existing fixture and a semi flush mount where there used to be a fan. They were very considerate of our house and my toddler. They also did an excellent job. Plus they were extremely well priced and very professional! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

TLDR; Kirsten and Aaron are amazing at what they do!

Backstory: I recently bought a house from a flipper and failed to realize that they removed every coaxial outlet in the entire house when I did my final walk through. I explained the situation to COX and they told me they would be unable to help me until I got an electrician to run some new coaxial cable throughout the house.

So, I used the Yelp quote feature and dispatched my quote to about 20 companies. Unfortunately, it was late on a Friday night, so my chances of getting someone out that night was slim. Massella Electric were the first to respond and by far the most professional, but unfortunately wouldn't have availability until Monday. I told them I'd get in contact with them if I was unable to find anyone that could help me over the weekend. Despite not knowing if I was a lock, they continued to ask questions and offer suggestions to find a solution.

Fast forward to Monday. I was unable to get anyone out to my place over the weekend, so I contacted Massella. They said they would be able to get out to my place in the next hour.

Aaron shows up, I show him where I want the coax installed, and he immediately dives in. Electricians are typically paid at an hourly rate and Massella is no different; however, Aaron doesn't try to run up the clock or work slow. He was extremely fast and efficient with his time. Within 2 hours, all of the work was done and I was finally able to get internet supplied to my house.

Sorry for the long-winded review, but I wanted to highlight that their communication (through Kirsten), professionalism, and timeliness were beyond what I expected. Any future electrical project I have will be given to these Massella Electric without a second thought! Thanks Aaron and Kirsten!

(Aaron even did a little drywall patch where he had to cut the firewall in the office, despite the fact that he didn't have to )

We were looking for a qualified electrician to install a high lighting fixture in our entryway. Our friend recommended Massella Electric so we decided to try them out.

They responded very quickly to our questions via Yelp. An unexpected delay came up on the day of our appointment, however, they notified us in advance and alerted us when Aaron was on the way (which was very much appreciated!).

Replacement and installation of our new lighting fixture was smooth and quick. Price was also very reasonable. Great communication, dependable, qualified and very professional, we will definitely contact them again for our electrical needs. They also gave us a discount for being a first time customer:)

Just had Aaron come out and do some electrical work in our newly purchased 1960's home. The process of even choosing an electrician was difficult, as there are so many options, but we are sure glad we found Massella Electric. Aaron was efficient but thorough, and did not try to sell us on a bunch of work that did not need to be done. We will definitely be calling him again for any of our electrical needs moving forward.

I am so thrilled I met and hired Aaron thru Thumbtack! It's such a relief to have finally met a reliable, trustworthy, fair-priced electrician that I know I will be sending business to for years to come, and for any further electrical needs I may have.

Without exaggeration, Aaron was one of the most professional tradespeople I have ever hired in any category for any kind of work in our home. He was responsive in his communication from the quote process thru to scheduling, and confirming our appointment the day before.

Besides being extremely knowledgeable in his trade, he had a can-do attitude and work ethic towards every one of the 6-7 projects I threw at him. He and his assistant completed all of them (about 8-10 hours worth of work between the two of them), exactly as described and charged me very fairly for work done.

Finally, and although certainly not a requirement of being a good electrician, Aaron is just all-around, authentically good people! He's the kind of guy who wasn't just politely tolerating my very curious 3 year old son's desire to use his toy drill to ""help;"" he's the kind of guy who actually encouraged my son's curiosity, and graciously let him tag along as his side-kick helper. Like I said: not at all a requirement of the job, but it's always really refreshing to hire someone who's really competent and skilled in their trade, AND is good people.
