Wow. I found my new electrician! A breaker tripped and 2 rooms lost power. Did the usual and reset all the GFIs and breakers but nothing. Called on a Sunday and Austin picked up. Explained the situation and he troubleshooting over the phone. He wouldn't be available until Thursday but said breaker may be bad and said I had option of replacing myself. Opened up the panel and played with the wires first and the breaker allowed me to fully reset. This is amazing service. Not only did he pick up on Sunday, he spent time with me talking through what could be the issue. This is absolutely unheard of in todays world. Any future work will go to this company because of this. Thank you Austin!
