I recently had water damage in my condo. I had to completely redo my kitchen. In addition to the new cabinetry in the kitchen, there was a need for an electrician. I have used plumbers in the past but never a need for an electrician. I had two responses to my bid request and the bids were pretty close in price. The reason I chose Mascari Electric was that his license was up to date. I feel that if you're in this type of business you need to be licensed. This shows good business responsibility. So because each bid was so close, I chose Brandon because he also felt it's important to show a how much he cared about his business and accreditations. I feel it's good business sense. Plus, I didn't have a clue on the kitchen remodel and was blessed I found an honest business to help me through a very stressful situation.

The work done in my kitchen:
Mascari Electric did my recessed lighting in my kitchen and small dining area, changed the outlets and a dishwasher connection which brought them up to code, hung two pendants, installed dimmer switches and a master bedroom recessed light. If adjustments needed to be done they were happy to make sure I was happy even when they had to work with the cabinet installers. (It was pretty crowded in my small kitchen.) My kitchen has such a beautiful look now with my new lighting a totally different feel. And when your greatest critics, my neighbor girlfriends, were so amazed and happy. I know I made a great choice in electricians. Now it's very functional. I can see much better while working in my new kitchen.

Brandon and Deryk were knowledgeable, honest, professional, had great personalities and I will definitely use Mascari Electric again. I now got an electrician for future work!
Thank you, Mascari Electric for a job well-done! I will attach photos when my floors and drywall are completed. But it looks amazing now!

Don't call anyone else! Mascari takes what they do to the next level and they came in BELOW what I had budgeted! Being in Real Estate, I deal with many contractors, etc. on a pretty regular basis. I have to say the level of professionalism and how quickly they were able to come out and complete the job exceeded my expectations. The owner, Brandon, was involved through-out the entire process and was available any time I had a question. His staff was courteous, on-time and very friendly. We did a complete kitchen remodel and had to do a lot of work to our very dated electrical panel and kitchen wiring. Remodels are so stressful and I am grateful that at least this part of the process was seamless for us. I highly recommend Mascari. They take pride in their work and it shows.

I had Mascari Electric come out to my home to fix a breaker. I also requested an estimate on new decorative lighting throughout my kitchen. The owner Brandon showed up on time fixed the issue promptly. He was very professional and courteous. His pricing for the repair was very reasonable. His estimate and explanation of the lighting was very thorough and the pricing was right in my budget. He was able to schedule my work quickly and the crew he sent out to do the work were very clean and professional. My lighting looks very elegant. The project they put in motion was far beyond what I had imagined. I highly recommend this company!
