Was looking to have 3 LED recessed lights installed in my living room. Called and spoke with JC (owner), he stopped by the same day to look at the job so he could prepare a quote. I got the quote later that night and approved work to proceed. He came out the next day, explained what he would do, and did a quick, clean and professional job. Very friendly, clean (wore a face mask the entire job) and the price was reasonable.
I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to friends and family.

We had an issue with our ev charger tripping the breaker. There was great communication, and on the day of the appt, Juan texted that he was on his way to our house. He was running early and I told him I'd be about 30 minutes behind his getting to us. He said no problem, he would wait for me. Though the problem was obvious, he took the time to troubleshoot the cause, replaced the outlet for the quoted price, and we have had no problems since. Very pleased with the service and quality of the work.

Called this company to try them out on my rental property and spoke via messages to Juan Carlos. I made an appt for a walk through and he even confirmed the appointment. An hr and a half past our scheduled time he was a no show, no call. Sent him a mssg to see what happened....NO RESPONSE! needless to say we went with someone else.

**UPDATE.....well I feel terrible! He just sent me a picture of his son whom was hurt at school. He was very apoplectic; I jumped the gun. He still went to my house and fixed the problem at NO CHARGE!

We had 8 canned lights installed by Martinez Electrical Services in our living room in December '19, right before Christmas.

I really can't express enough how unprofessional the owner is, I think his name is Carlos.

1. They started the work on the lights without ANY drop cloths in place. There were layers of thick dust everywhere when we arrived home. On the furniture, kitchen appliances, counters & our newly installed hardwood floors. It took weeks before all of the dust settled to be dust free. And this is right before Christmas. When we arrived he said ""You came back too soon."".

2. While doing the attic work for the installation he removed old cans, electrical boxes & wiring and left all of it in the attic - all of the old garbage is in our attic.

3. He was supposed to have returned with a dimmer switch that actually dimmed the lights he installed and he never did. The lights are so bright we don't even use them.

So unprofessional & disrespectful of our home.

I sent a rate request on a Sunday morning to replace my ceiling fan and I did not only got a fair price but I also got it done by 1pm the same day for a fair price and I was not charge a weekend fee..

A cable provider specialist complained the voltage on the coaxial cable has high voltage. The specialist said the cause is either the electrical socket or there is a short-circuit in the house. I took this advice seriously and called this Martinez Electrical Services for free estimate. Mr Martinez arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue. The issue is the cable equipment! I'll definitely reward the honest business with project when need arrives. Recommended!!!
