I hired Martinez Electric a couple of years ago to change out my 100 to 200 - I explained I needed the 200 because I wanted to use my electric fireplace and my portable heaters. The old guy, Mike, instead installed a 125; I was livid and asked why! He argued with me, said electricity is expensive. He told me I don't need a 200. I asked if I could use my electric fireplace and portable heaters; he said ""no, you can forget about that""
What the F...!!! The old guy had an active license #745495 but HE has gone daffy or something. He charged me $1200 to install something I cant use. What an idiot!
I was told by a friend, old guys ""go into autopilot"" when they forget what they were asked to do.
Don't hire this guy.
