I had used this company for the last 5 years with good service but today after waiting two weeks for an appointment I was told that they were not taking in new work. My appt. time was 10 to noon and I got a call at 10 30 telling me that they are not taking any new work. Why didn't they tell me this when I first called mid March. Now I have to find someone else to do the work and I have wasted time waiting at home today.

I am Journeyman Electrician myself.I live and work in Bay area .Two years ago I bought a house in Sacramento (Citrus Heights) .I have tenanted who live in that house.I do fix myself all the electrical in the house . Last summer I was camping in Yosemite with my family . My tenanted call me, and told me that half of the house do not have a power .That also A/C went out and it is a 100+ degree day.Was Saturday . I told my tenanted that I am in the forest I can't make it myself,but promise them to fined electrical company who can come and take care of the problem. I new that problem was main breaker or loose neutral shearing same circuit for A/C thermostat(transformer). I did not know any electricians or electric company's in Sacramento.In 2009 I did not know about Yelp also back then .I used my cellphone and Googled to fine electric company who can send electrician(good troubleshooter) to my house, as soon as possible .I found and call 3 or 4 electric company's and only Marticus Electric promise me to send service technician with in two hours.I did explain them my situation . The electrician arrived on time 1 hours 1/2 later and had the problem fixed within an hour.He replaced the main breaker and had A/C going again. The service was extremely professional and trustworthy. From the way they answered the phone, to the way the electrician took care to explain to me exactly what needed to be done, and to the great care he took to check his work and not leave anything behind or out of place --according to my tenanted . I am very glad that I found this company who can replace me, when I am not around. Look at there web page , it says for itself. This guys are very professional and have reasonable prices .
