Mars services came right on time as scheduled and went above and beyond. Initially I thought my couch had no urine stains but when they arrived we found some. Unsure if the chemicals would work they were honest with me about the possibility of it not working. Still I had them go ahead and clean it. He left me half a bottle of the solution in case I needed to retreat it and made sure I knew how. Turns out it worked. The couch smells great a month later with no sign of stains or smells of dogs or urine. I appreciated their honesty and their willingness to help. They did a great job!!!

I started to feel warm spots on my dinning room floor and heard water running all the time, clear signs of a leak... put out a message for help and Mars beat the competition (SIDE NOTE: sending out that message was cool, cut down on time)
They sent Les and he knows his stuff. He's effective and to the point. Over all good experience!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I found this business through my favorite app... YELP of course. They have quite a few 5 star reviews. My kitchen sink was completely stopped up due to a clogged pipe. Water would not flow through and we required a hydro-spray pressure wash of our pipes (which is not covered by my home warranty). Putting the job off was just not an option because we use our kitchen sink and dishwasher every day. I requested the service through the yelp app and was contacted by the company within an hour. They were able to send someone out to do the repair the next day for a reasonable price. The plumber was very polite and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and was able to complete the job in one business day. The company also does other services; as listed on the business card. I highly recommend them.

Terrible service. Terrible owner. Terrible oversight. Terrible management. Lacking knowledge in all regards. Plumbers left stack out of roof during three day rain session. Then company walked away from job. Damages to home. Charles wanted payment upfront after this... what a joke. All investors have heard, Mars doesn't know anything except pool cleaning. Don't hire for serious work. Also have super unprofessional voicemails and messages saved from the plumber and other employees. Message me for all details, happy to share with yelpers.

If I could give no stars I would. Made an appointment for 7/14. They said they would be here between 8:00am-12:00pm. Never called or showed. When we called to see why they didn't show, the person couldn't even pull up the schedule or get ahold of the worker that was supposed to come. Wasted 4 hours waiting for these people. Thanks for nothing. We will never use them for services.

UPDATE: Too little too late on your response. This was a long time ago and I took a day off. Looks like this company has no concept of time. Do not use.

I call on Monday set up appointment for Tuesday , between 12 and 4 , I received a call around 4 pm, he said he was running behind, he showed up at my place at 715 pm, I will never use them again

Mars services is ultimately a ONE STOP SHOP for all my home service needs...
I love the fact that I can call one place to get my fence fixed, or my plumbing taken care of, lawn, carpet and upholstery cleaned... I could go on and on ... but over all I can get all of these services from calling one number! They are fast and do the job well...
I will never go or call anyone else for my home needs, period.

I have used Mars for over 8 years now. They do a great job of carpet cleaning and repairs. I have used them for A/c replacement, boiler replacement, plumbing leaks and pest control. There is not much they can't handle and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great company. On time and very reasonable. Best part was no upsell pressure like another company I used a few weeks ago. I am having them back out to do additional cleaning!!
