Mark of Mark's Electrical Services is by far one of the best electrical contractors I have had the pleasure of working with. I am selling a home in Livermore, CA and needed a GFI outlet installed ASAP and was required to have a State, as well as City, licensed contractor do the work. I was extremely lucky to find Mark online. He went above and beyond for me, first by returning my desperate call, after business hours. Then he not only scheduled me for that same week, he even had an opening in his schedule and came 2 days early! He provided me with the most impressive Customer Service I have experienced in a long time. I had also just replaced all of our outlet and switch covers and he went out of his way to ensure the new GFI outlet matched. I will be sure to use Mark's Electrical Services in the future and refer him to everyone that I know. He is competitively priced and you are sure to have as wonderful of an experience as I did. Mark has done an amazing job! He helped us put in 8 can lights and three ceiling fans. New wires needed to be ran and new with the new lights and fans came the new switches. He worked hard to keep the house clean while installing, measured, and then measured again before making the permanent hole for the fixture, he was extremely friendly and very professional. Thank you so much for your work and I'd be happy to call you again for our next big project!

Mark was recommended to me by the manager of my condo. He is the electrician for this large high-end complex and there is a good reason...Mark is fabulous! Mark got back to me when I contacted him, set up an appointment and got his bid back to me all in a very short time-frame. He replaced all of the lighting in my home with LED lights, replaced the bathroom ceiling fan/lights, put dimmer switches on all of my outlets and did so with speed and efficiency. He is delightful to work with and really listens to what his customers would like to do. He makes recommendations based on their needs and on what will work best in their homes. I have worked with many electricians over the years. Mark is my ""go to"" electrician now and I highly recommend him to anyone who has electrical needs.

We initially contacted Mark to install a Nema14-50 outlet in our garage for our new Tesla. Despite receiving 3 quotes, Mark won the job due to his detailed understanding of what was involved with the project, his professionalism, and his competitive quote. He did a terrific job with the install and it works GREAT!! We then asked Mark to install fans with light kits in three bedrooms that didn't have any overhead lights or electrical. He was done in a couple of hours and he even installed remotes. We quickly realized we would like to have additional remotes for the lights and fans next to the beds and he came back out and finished the job in less than 15 minutes. We have been so pleased with his work and will absolutely hire him again for any electrical need we may have and refer him to all of our friends for their needs.

Mark was recommended by a friend. I wish I'd had him come to the house first to bid the job of hooking up our hot tub to the breaker box. I had several quotes from different electricians and Mark's bid was much lower. That did not mean I didn't get great service and a job well done. Mark scheduled us that same week. Got a call back from Mark, explained my problem, was able to get a reasonable quote over the phone (had gotten back quotes from other electricians). Scheduled an appointment. Mark got the job done in a timely manner, was also able to check on a couple of under the kitchen cabinet lighting issues. Was charged the low end of the quote. I have Mark's number in my phone now and plan to call for all future projects. Great Job Mark.

I contacted Mark about replacing a 100 amp main breaker to my rental property with an 80 yr old tenant without power. He gave me an estimate over the phone after I explained the situation. Mark did an exterior job for us and we were pleased with his skills, communication and dedication from beginning to end. He QUICKLY provided us a bid so it did not hold up a landscaping project. It was reasonable, so we moved forward. He was prompt, thorough and provided great ideas on how to make our project better. We loved his ideas and his implementation! He kept his word and showed up as expected (this is not common!).

Mark is the man for all things electrical and wiring, including audio and much more. I first met Mark when he bid my $125K kitchen remodel and he won the bid based on price, persistent follow-up and great communication. There was A LOT of electrical work involved in this remodel - new circuits, moving power all over the place, working with the Town of Danville for permitting, etc. He did a great job, all on-budget and on-time.
I have since used Mark's Electrical Services to move an entire subpanel from a coat-closet to the garage, adding additional breakers and individual circuits, as well as installing a new 220v line for a hot tub installation.
Another great thing about Mark is that he constantly keeps himself up with new technologies, lighting ideas and offers great suggestions when you are in-question of something.
I have since referred Mark to as many people as have ever mentioned needing anything electrical - big and small. I am not related to Mark, but would trust him with anything!

MES does excellent work. Mark had a unique issue to tackle in my home. Two others had looked at the job prior to Mark. I was looking at thousands of dollars. Mark arrives and w/in 20 minutes of accessing the task, went to work. He solved the problem and my bill was less than $500. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. When the job was completed, everything was left neat and clean. MES is bonded & insured. I will never call anyone but MES for electrical.
