So happy to have a contractor do the job when they said they would, finish on time and within budget. Excellent experience. We added some additional lighting, ceiling fans and 2 new outlets. Nothing speaks more about a good service experience than repeat business. In late 2017 Mark added a 100 Amp subpanel to my detached garage and wired in 110V and 220V outlets on all the walls. He also wired in three lighting fixtures on the exterior. We couldn't have been more pleased with his work.

Yesterday Mark completed another job for us. Over the last year we did a complete backyard redesign that involved installation of a spa running 220V from a new subpanel, wiring and outlets for an outdoor kitchen, low voltage lighting for the kitchen, and installation of switched and unswitched 110V outlets around the entire yard perimeter. It was a long project and he was willing to work with us through the summer and winter coordinating his work with our schedules and the schedules of other contractors. Easy to work with, professional, absolutely trustworthy and his workmanship is amazing. We couldn't be more pleased.

Since referred to Mark's Electrical Services by a friend, we will never use any other electrical services professional. Mark is extremely thorough and conscientious, whether the job is complex or a simple bulb adjustment. He completed beautiful landscape lighting for us, and made much needed lighting adjustments to our interior. The added ""plus"" is that he never leaves a speck of debris or dust at the end of a job. Mark is awesome. We've used him for various electrical projects including outlet/switch rewiring, recessed lighting installation, electrical panel replacement, and at least 5 other projects for our house. He's incredibly efficient at making complex electrical changes, does everything to the highest standards, and is great at helping provide options to keep costs down. He's also great at understanding and setting up ""smart"" electrical devices and Wi-Fi-enabled lighting. Best of all, Mark is always on schedule, is super nice, and is easy to work with. I am selling a home in Livermore, CA and needed a GFI outlet installed ASAP and was required to have a State, as well as City, licensed contractor do the work. Then he not only scheduled me for that same week, he even had an opening in his schedule and came 2 days early! Mark has done an amazing job! He helped us put in 8 can lights and three ceiling fans. New wires needed to be ran and new with the new lights and fans came the new switches. He worked hard to keep the house clean while installing, measured, and then measured again before making the permanent hole for the fixture, he was extremely friendly and very professional.
