Mark Snyder was the recommended tech by Xantrex, the manufacture of the inverter on my motorhome. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After I sent my inverter to him to be repaired it was quickly returned. After installing, it needed to be reprogrammed and I had a few issues troubleshooting it. Mark took the time to walk me step-by-step through the process. If you're having issues with anything electric this is your guy. I would highly recommend him.

wow been battling a faulty solar system, inverter problem for a few months now. of course the place a bought the system from 8 years ago is out of business. the manufacture fronius was very little help. my electrician isn't familiar with solar system repair and was trying to fix but not having any luck. i called mark snyder electric on tuesday august 2nd,2016 and he sent out his repair guy on sunday aug 7th,2016 and 1 hour later my system is up and running beautiful. back to full power.. what a great relief... mark snyder electric knows solar systems and inverters. i highly recommend his company for all your solar system repairs.i know if i have any problems in the future i will call mark snyder electric right away... very professional .. thanks mark snyder electric for you help. great job.... tom m lacey

We have an off grid system at our home in a very remote area of San Diego County. I had two solar companies come out and for some routine preventative maintenance and both were pretty much deer in the headlights when it came to off grid systems.

I was referred to Mark Snyder Electric. When Mark contacted me he pretty much diagnosed the problem via phone and email. Mark came out and had our grid back up and running. I will not use anyone else in the future. It is refreshing these days to see someone so passionate about their work!

We had a Xantrex 6048 solar inverter that stopped working. We are at a very remote location so Mark provided us support over the phone to diagnose issue. Mark was so polite and accommodating yet completely professional. He obviously has lots of experience yet was very patient as he walked us through diagnostics step by step. This guy knows his stuff. Very detailed invoices that explain exactly what he does down to the t so your not left wondering what your paying for. Brought 2 RV inverters to them and they had the inverters fixed within a few days. One was actually very badly burned and we were under the impression it was beyond repair. After attempting to install ourselves it was apparent we needed some more electrically knowledgeable hands on it. Mark sent out a few of his guys (Dan and Luis I believe) and they knocked it out easily. They also found more problems that we did not know were there that had occurred during a fire. After a few days there we were with a beautifully working electrical system. Would absolutely recommend this company.

Needed to replace the Source Manager (inverter) in a 98 American Tradition. Found Mark on the Web, contacted him, he recommended what equipment I needed to purchase for the job, which I did purchase from him. He made sure the shipping was prompt and was delivered when promised. The issue is that I am in NW Wisconsin and Mark in Southern California. Have never met Mark, only have communicated with him through emails and phone. Mark then drafted drawings for my electrician on the conversion from old to the new inverter in the Coach. Mark was always available to me by email or phone, if I had questions. Then the day of the install, by my electrician, Mark was available to him to answer questions along the way. I found Mark to be technically excellent, trustworthy and ethical. Would highly recommend him to my fellow RV'ers.
