Didn't seem very interested in what we wanted and never bothered to send the promised estimate. Apparently no interest in smaller remodel projects - which is fine, but say so up front and don't waste time for both of us. Ended up using a larger company.

My wife and I had an excellent experience using Mark to replace a cracked kitchen sink. Several contractors had passed on the project because of the risk that removing the old sink would crack the granite countertop. Mark figured out a way to do it and found the perfect replacement sink after looking at hundreds of models. The installation went very smoothly and looks like the sink and the countertop were made for each other. Mark was punctual, pleasant, and professional and kept us well-informed on his research via e-mail. I don't normally rate anyone or anything at five stars, but we were at our wits' end and felt Mark saved us from solutions that would have been much more expensive and less satisfactory. And we thought his price was very reasonable.

I have used Mark Gentry many times. He is prompt. He does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. He is courteous and reliable. Most times, he comes over the same or the next day to do what needs to be done. I am disabled and he has helped me figure out better ways to do things here at my home. I would, and do, highly recommend his for any contractor work. He's the best!

I received Mark's flyer in the mail and I gave him a call. I like to support local businesses as we own a business and many family members. Mark responded to my initial call fast. He made an appointment to give me an estimate on a job. He missed our 1st appointment, called me a couple days later to reschedule. He came and gave us an estimate. The next day I called and said we would like to the job done. He said he would call the following week to arrange for the end of that week. That was over a month ago and I STILL haven't heard anything. Apparently, he does not need the work. I have already had the job done by someone else. I would not recommend this man if you want anything done.

My husband Jack and I have hired Mark Gentry for various jobs since 1990 to the present. Mark is someone we feel comfortable with in our home and whom we can trust and rely on in case of emergency. Mark responds prompty to our requests for help and takes care of the job in an expeditious manner. Jack and I will continue to call on Mark when we have need for his services.
