After 20 years in my circa 1970 house in PVE, I finally decided to upgrade the electrical panel to 200anp s to get ready for electric car charging and maybe a solar panel install later. Mario ccame out on time for an on site inspection and gave me a quote by email that day. I got a date about two weeks later and they are here on time and worked nonstop from 830am to 6 pm over two days. Fantastic service and excellent quality work at a very competitive price. Can't be happier.

After one of our recessed ceiling lights broke causing the fluorescent bulb to stick out too far, and look bad, we knew we needed to call an electrician. I searched Yelp, and decided to call Mr. Castillo for an assessment and estimate to fix the bad light. He explained that the fluorescent bulbs were no longer the proper choice due to environmental impacts, etc., and he recommended replacing it with a more energy efficient LED light. Long story short, his reasoning made sense and his price and timing were reasonable, so we decided to change out all 21 lights in our condo to the LED lights. Hector and his assistant did a great job, and Mario even came by to inspect the job at the end to make sure everything was done properly, and to make sure that there were no smudges and fingerprints left behind on the ceiling from the work that had been done. We are very pleased with the results. All staff that I communicated with spoke (or texted) in a friendly, professional manner, and took responsibility to deal with any issues and questions that I had regarding the job.
I definitely recommend Mario Castillo Electric.
