Tim was prompt, professional, fair, and friendly! I interviewed at least half dozen electrical contractors to do what I thought was a straightforward job of connecting my new hot tub; I received inconsistent and incongruent info and bids from them. I should mention that I purchased my spa from a private party, but that should not have been any issue. I was beginning to think I should just sell the hot tub but tried one more time and reached out to Mario Brothers Construction. Tim came by, assessed my situation, consulted me on the most practical approach to overcome some structural constraints, proposed a very fair price, and DELIVERED ON HIS WORD!! We had a great experience with Mario Brothers. We called them to install a 220 line for a dryer and relocating a light fixture and switch. Tim was very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and tried to save us money where he could. He also explained things very clearly and involved me in the decision making process. Tim was nice, he couldn't quite meet my budget but overall my experience with him was fair. Doesn't do insurance work do to insurance low valuation. If your going through insurance he may not be your best choice in contractor but if you have some extra $ put away it sounds like he does high quality work.

These guys are awesome! I needed the track lights in my yogurt shop to be fixed. Tim came and gave me a diagnosis of what the problem could be and some options. Tim answered any and all questions that I had and was very accommodating. They are reasonably priced as well! I highly recommend these guys.

Mario Brothers and specifically Tim has done various custom jobs at my residence. This ranges from electrical work, custom windows and carpentry work.
His work is of the highest standard, he has taken pride in every piece of detail choosing to redo something to get it right rather than let it go.
Specifically Tim build a custom deck for my new hot tub. This included hooking up the 220V connection to the hot tub, building a custom fence out of Trex, custom glass fence and building the wooden deck around the hot tub.
Tim created a CAD design before we started, we reviewed the design , created a bill of materials and planned the design before starting.
Tim keeps communication open and clearly articulates his plans and how issues need to be resolved.
Highly recommended to provide a great product for your residence.

In 2011 we hired Tim Chilcoat (Mario Brothers Construction & Electric) to work on replacing a worn-out hot tub on our second floor deck. He ran all the electrical wires and a ground fault breaker as well as all of the wooden construction needed. Tim is an excellent person and fine worker; he always told us what was needed, what he suggested doing, and when it would be done. He always put in a full day's work, and was easy to talk with. Tim is a real pro, and we would be happy to have him help us out anytime!
