Had an issue with certain outlets not responding. Apparently there was a loose connection in the main junction box. Edgar and his team member fixed it by reworking the splice. Response time and communication were exceptional. There were no hidden fees or transactional confusion. The job was done swiftly and professionally. They even have emergency services during the weekends if needed! I will be calling Marin Electric for future needs. Thank you!

wow, just wow! Can i give 10-stars? Edgar is a miracle worker and unusually responsive for someone in the trade. If you are reading this and need an electrician, call him. You will NOT be disappointed.I cannot say enough about his service, responsiveness, and commitment to getting it done right, on time and in budget.

This morning I realized an important hall ceiling light fixture no longer would turn on.
A few hours later it would turn on, but not off. I needed an electrician ASAP.
I found a recommendation for Marin Electric on Nextdoor. Luckily, for me, Edgar Meza was able to come over today & diagnosed the problem within minutes.

After all the heavy rains this week I unfortunately have water traveling down
inside the wall to the light switch which caused the problem. UGH!

Edgar rescued me on a rainy SUNDAY! I was concerned that a spark from an old light fixture would be a fire hazard. My Google search led me to Marin Electric because it listed Sunday hours. I'm not really certain that he still actually maintains the Sunday hours listed on his website, but he must have sensed my concern. Edgar texted to let me know when he was arriving and also waited for me to run to the hardware store to purchase a replacement light fixture while he removed the faulty one. I wholeheartedly recommend Edgar Meza at Marin Electric. He was prompt, professional and kind and solved our problem.

Just had three ceiling fans installed, and Marin Electric was diligent, thorough and kind. They got all three going smoothly, patched up the drywall really well, and made our place look like they'd never been here. The price is right too!

I originally found the recommendation for Edgar Meza at Marin Electric on Nextdoor. I had a small job and it is very difficult to find an electrician willing to come by. Edgar did not disappoint from the great reviews I had read:
-great communicator and responded fast each time
-very polite and respectful
-confirmed appt 24hrs before and confirmed the exact time of arrival again that morning
-Edgar was very thorough and quite fast
-very clean in his work
-very flexible as he ended up doing more than I had originally requested

On Friday October 7th at 4:00 pm I lost all power to my home. it had started when the cooktop ignition wouldn't light and discovered wall plugs not working in various areas but not all. Tried to turn the breakers off and back on at which point I lost all. Asked the people next door who had done their recent work and through their referral I got Edgar Meza at Marin Electric. I was sure we wouldn't get anyone to come out at that time on a Friday but he is local and was there quickly. He determined the problem, went and got the part and fixed it. He really saved us from a very dark weekend. He was so nice as well and his price was more than fair. Next time I have anything electrical to do I am calling him. He was really wonderful!!

On a Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago, as I was trying to replace what I thought was a blown light bulb in the ceiling fan/light, the entire bulky fixture suddenly became detached from its base except for a few wires. Luckily, I was able to prevent it from falling and then frantically looked for an electrician who can could over on a short notice. Edgar heard my concern and changed his weekend plans to come over within 30 minutes. He took the fan down and disassembled it to find out what happened. He was very knowledgeable and determined that the problem was due to manufacture's defect. I was able to get a warranty replacement and Edgar came back to properly install it, test it and adjust the switch. Amazing service, thank you!

Edgar was great, he came to install my sisters Tesla wall charger. He lets us know the different options for the breaker panel. He was prompt, fast, and always had a positive attitude. He showed us how to use the new charger and helped us Install the app on the iPhone! Would definitely recommend Edgar from Marin electric

These guys are amazing, I think my favorite electricians of all time! They are honest, prompt, very neat and tidy and respectful of your space, SO refreshing. They spent the whole day at my house changing fixtures and outlets as I prepare my house for sale, and not only do they do excellent work, they are lovely to be around. I highly recommend then for any electrical needs.
