The tech Tyler that arrived was professional clean and resolved the Plubming blockage fast. This is my go to plumbing for ever as I'm one happy customer.

We had a water pressure regulator installed and a few days later noticed a very small leak. So we called Mansfield plumbing and they said someone could drop by in about three hours. Which I was very happy about. An hour and a half later he came by to check on it. He fixed the leak and let me know to give them a call if anything else happened. Love a company that values my time, fixes issues and is just easy to work with!

We had to have them dig up part of our yard to replace our old cast iron pipes and they did an excellent job. I thought the job was reasonable and they did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. My neighbor also used them upon my recommendation and he was very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Called Mansfield plumbing due to an out door leak. Plumber dug up site, told me he could find a better deal. Plumber left out without turning the water back on. Had to call company to have him come back and turn it on. Never heard back from plumber or who he recommended for a better deal... Plumber left equipment and site he dug up completely exposed. Had to hire another company to complete his job. Will never use Mansfield Plumbing again.

I called at 8am for garbage disposal repair. The tech was here by 9:30am. He was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mansfield Plumbing.

Simple drain unclog 2 minutes of work for $195.Never came in to check and see if it worked. I was told the guy would show up between 12-2pm He called and said he was 15 minutes away at 10am. I rescheduled for 12 and confirmed the appointment. The guys showed up at 1:20 never apologized. Quoted me a ridiculous price ($405) to repair a crack and scheduled another appointment for tomorrow. This plumbing stuff is said and a hustle. Technicians charge as they wish. I compared prices once I returned to work to only find out other companies charged $88 and $79. This MP company is just as bad as the Pink Plumber. Be careful homeowners in the Mansfield area.

Terrible service. We called for low pressure / hot water in our master bath. We were told we needed new hot water heaters and this would solve our problem, as ours were old and clogging our pipes with debris so I agreed. We now have NO hot water to the master tub and master shower is the same as before I called them. They couldn't figure it out that day (after installing the new hot water heaters) and said they would come back another day to look into the tub problem - and when they did, I was told that they needed to take apart the tub skirting to look into the problem but, again, they couldn't do it that day. If they couldn't find the problem there, we were told our repairs could get very costly because they'd have to re-route the line from the hot water heater. I have already paid this company $3500 for work they said would solve the problem (not MIGHT solve the problem, not ""it's a good idea but I might have a different problem""), now they want to charge me more when they left me with a situation worse than the one they found. And to make matters worse, I called to schedule the next follow up visit and asked to speak to the owner... the girl who answers the phone was very nice and said she would have him call me. NO ONE has ever called back. Not the owner, not anyone to schedule another visit. I will advise anyone who wants to work with an honest company with good customer service to call someone else!!!!

We had an emergency and had to have a plumber come out last night at 8pm. Bakers and Benjamin, plus two others wouldn't come. Mansfield plumbing showed up within 20 minutes, really appreciate the work, speed and courteousness.

This is the second time using these guys. Bobby and Bruce came out again to inspect a leak from dishwasher. Found out it was from sink and food disposal. In no time they had the problem corrected, showed us how to do it, and recommended the most inexpensive but sure way to prevent it from happening again. They charged very little compared to others. Very satisfied!!! A few days later, they came out to inspect our water heater. Thank goodness it was ok. This business is awesome!!! I will not have anyone else to come out. My schedule had changed and they were out same day. Thanks Mansfield Plumbing!!!

We hired them to inspect gas line. They charged $250 just to do that. We had $50 coupon that they didn't apply. Then they said there's a low leak, so my husband agreed for extra $200 to find it, only to tell us that they need to return later & charge ""extra"" to keep looking. Total time they were at the house was ~2 hours. They said that the quote they gave us was wrong & it was supposed to be $375 just to inspect. Invoice mentioned they ""soaped all"" exposed pipes, but they didn't even check upstairs pipes going to furnace. They also left mess with the 2 gas fireplaces. I guess they made up the ""difference"" of the cost by charging extra $200 for questionable work. Other plumbers I talked to thought it was weird that they just stopped. We are in the process to get this resolved.
Gave another star for Todd, the owner, to come out with his 2 guys to locate the leak & even repaired some fittings. He was nice & explained things well. Then gave us a shocking quote for a small leak in attic. We're now trying to get this done at a reasonable price. Will update.
