Worst company to use. I have three complaints for this company as I did not Learn my lesson the first time. My foundation company had them come out to do a hydrostatic test for sewer and water line after they checked they had one of their main guys find that the sewer line had tree branches growing in. The guy seemed nice and was saying how him and the owner used to work for another company but the owner; his boss started his own company as they see how companies cheat clients. They themself quoted me 8000+ to fix the line. When I asked the owner if I pay cash vs credit will there be any type of discount they said NO, even that they save the fees the credit card company will charge them. Like they would not work with me at all when it came to fixing the line. They don't even do their own digging they charge you extra and hire another company to excavate, which is actually the hardest part of the job. I never ended up using them! Second time I called them to quote me for a new ac unit as they now do ac and heating. They had a technician come out which seems like they are subcontracting work but stating it's their own ppl which a lot of ppl do. The guy quoted me $17000+ which was bs itself as I got some quotes from other companies and they were not so over priced. Last and worst case is that this company helps other companies scam you. So this year I had a frozen pipe in Jan I called them out and they came fast the next day. Since the pipe was frozen they could not work apparently to find the so called water leak so they did not charge me the fee to come out. Although the guy who showed up said that it's gonna be a busted pipe without even confirming it, they suggested and even called American water damage right away to come while in my house. I told them not that day but next. Once American water damage showed they also did not do any inspection they just said there is moisture and that I need to get 3 fans and a humidifier. They pressured me to do it since at first I thought it was a busted frozen pipe from the freeze weather which is covered by insurance but what I found out after finding a friend who is a contractor to come inspect is that rats chewed the plumbing under the sink. So the water that we had dripping from the tap for the cold freeze weather is what was collecting under the sink. That is the actual water we saw on the floor. American water damage was not even needed they made a bogus bill thinking insurance will pay them. Now I'm in a battle with them. If you look up their reviews they are even bigger scammers then these guys. Hopefully mansfield plumbing can keep their mouth shut when it comes to suggesting American water damage as they are by far the worst. Things I've learned tho is that Mansfield pluming is just like any other company they are very over priced and not really reasonable in helping you. If you like to get ripped off in pricing, scammed to use their suggestions then make sure to give them a call. They will show up on time and come when they state and that can only be the best thing a company can do. I'm glad to say that never in my life will I use them or suggest anyone to use. Hopefully ppl wake up and shop around and not get pressured to give them the job, also never trust a companies suggestion as they get referrals maybe. They are not out for your interest but their own.

Tim installed 2 new toilets in my house. Gave me the estimate and did the install immediately. Great job!

Leaking pipe under house. They worked with foundation company to coordinate the work. Workers, quality of work, & timeliness of work was amazing. Everything from the location of the leak to the completion of the job went so well & without a hitch. We were kept informed on when a technician would arrive and very professional. Very satisfied!

Yes, Yelp community, they could have been much better.
When one considers that the cost of replacing an entire HVAC system is comparable to a new car, one would think that the undertaking would include careful planning and expeditious execution.
Nope...
I cannot conceive of a more inefficient or absent-minded adventure than we had with Mansfield Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air. A seemingly unending series of errors, and 36 hours without conditioned air (starting the first 100-degree day) plagued the installation. Most of them, one wouldn't think an experienced company would make. Examples? Sure!
Not checking the existing fuse box or wiring, wiring incorrectly, delays in installation for lack of proper equipment... the list goes on.
Honestly, when all is said and done, I would have little issue with most of that, if it weren't for the lack of communication. When we would press to find out what the problems were, a flood of excuses and off-the-wall explanations, designed to defend rather than owning up to what amounted to inattention and lack of full competence.
To top it all off, not much effort was made to clean up messes made when cutting holes inside the house, and a swift exit any time they thought their work was completed; only to be called back 3-4 times because the system wasn't working.
To be fair, it is worth mentioning that one supervisor noticed a leaking spigot on the side of the house, and got someone to fix it, without another word. Zip, zap, done!
Also, the above-listed fiasco wasn't designed to nickel and dime extra charges because, although it resulted in an unbearable length of time that we endured without air conditioning (having to stick around due to a house full of workers), They didn't charge for the long list of ""do-overs"".
Is the new system working? Yes... finally.
But, if offered to do it again, I'd rather put out a campfire with my face.

Tony and Jacob were amazing. I had called a plumber that came out before them and he could not clear a clogged drain. Tony and Jacob from Mansfield came in and did not quit and until the job was done! The other plumber was going to charge me thousands for an unneeded repair, but this dynamic duo knocked it out on under an hour. Totally trust this plumbing company.

Very fast response, great work, clearly explained. We believe we paid a good price for excellent service. While we do not want another water emergency, we are grateful to have a relationship with this company.
We also see great value in their customer membership program.

Needed an outside faucet changed out that broke during the freeze at our rental house. Water was not leaking so this was not an emergency. Set an appointment for 4-6 so the renter can be there. They showed up at 2 and sent an estimate. I though if we had the work done the $69 would be removed from the total cost like everywhere else does. It was a $69 diagnose fee when the problem was known, $421 for the faucet, and $171 to cut a small hole in the Sheetrock. $661 to fix the faucet. Call around first because $171 to cut a small hole in your wall is a rip off. The tech was nice and got the job done and documented everything but I can't recommend the company. If you do choose to use them save yourself the money and knock a hole in the wall yourself.

This place is a joke. This is on there website:We closely listen to our customers to understand the scope of work and deliver quality results on time and within budget. This statement is a lie.The tech does not listen.I called Atmos because I smelt gas he checked the hot water heater and then came in the house and checked the attic.I was then red flagged and gas turned off due to pipes in attic said they hit them when they put the new roof on.To call a plumber so they could find the leaks. They sent Jonathan Ramos who proceeded to call me a lier three times that atmos did not come in my house. The third time I kicked him out.Called Mansfield Plumbing again and they said we're so sorry will send someone else in the morning. The next morning they sent Jonathan Ramos again.Standing at my door with a huge smile on his face like ha ha I called the company again to find out why they sent him back, said oh let me check, came back and said the other person couldn't come.So I asked Jonathan why he called me a lier and he said because atmos don't come in your house.I said you know customers pay your salary he said you don't THE OWNER DOES.he was talking about the owner of this house because I rent.SMH I will be taking my complaints to the attorney general.

What a joke. Called them out to get an estimate on installing a whole house water softener system that we already had. The price was outrageous (like three times the cost of the $2500 system) so they told me they would email us some options. Never heard from them so finally purchased an under the sink reverse osmosis system. Called back to see about getting it installed and they want to charge another $69 just to give me another estimate (when they were supposed to have sent us that since he already saw the house). Just a rip-off company.

The technician had to tighten two toilet bowls. Charged me big bucks!
Later I discovered bowls were still lose with one having a minor leak at the bottom. I called numerous times and left messages. No one returned my calls. I then sent Ethan an email and he called and said he would send someone over the next day. No one showed. I called and again left a message for Ethan. Still no one called. I will not be using Mansfield Plumbing again. I suggest you find someone else for your plumbing needs.
