The owner and President of Mansfield Electric, David Showers, started his path in electrical work on a Christmas morning in 1989, when his grandfather gifted him a tool bench and positioned it next to his own.

After developing skills in his formative years, David attended Syracuse University. He expanded his understanding in financial and marketing for businesses, specializing in growing businesses and meeting client expectations. David later moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where he blends his knowledge to operate Mansfield Electric. He possesses a Master Electrician license and dedicates himself to valuing the company's employees, suppliers, and patrons with respect, to ensure quality work.

David lives in the Mandarin area with his spouse and his family. In his spare moments, he umpires baseball and officiates football at the NCAA college level, and is an engaged member of his faith community.
