I found Luis (Mancer Builders) on Craigslist while looking for quotes for a small concrete project that I needed done. This was after getting various quotes from non licensed to licensed contractors. Most contractors would not do less than 2 yards of concrete, but Luis understands the value of a positive word of mouth. He scheduled a free on site estimate and quoted me a very reasonable amount that was right in the middle of the quotes I had already received. On the same day he scheduled an exact day and time to do the work.

Not only is Luis very professional; he is also very punctual and responsive. He replies to all my text messages in a timely manner and communicates every detail so there are no surprises. The same can not be said about other contractors who gave me the run around and stopped replying to my messages.

After the work was done, I could not be more pleased of the outcome. The concrete looks great and is exactly what I wanted. Give your business to Mancer Builders, you won't regret it.

Excellent work! We will use Mancer Builders again for all electrical and renovation jobs. Very thorough and communicative for every detail of the job. We had 3 240's and a few 120's. Upgraded panel. All installed for our new jacuzzi, sauna, and pool. Luis completed everything perfectly. We are very happy. I'm working on some renovations around my house as well, and he'll be helping us with them. Home upgrades are gratifying, and when they're done flawlessly it's hard to put into words. Great work again, Sir!

Luis who is the owner/operator of Mancer Electric is a certified and licensed electrician. He was recommended by a good friend of mine to do some work at my home. I had old knob/tube wiring in the basement of my home that was built in the 20's. Luis recommended a new panel and removal of the old wiring which would update the wiring and bring it up to code.
There was no doubt he knew exactly what he was doing and was extremely thorough with his work. Even though the job ran over his estimated time, he did not charge extra like most contractors will do.
I can highly recommend Luis and Mancer Electric, and have told my friends he is the best I have found to date.

I recently used Mancer Electric for my kitchen remodel project. I found the company 's ad,which offered a free estimate on Craigslist . I called and spoke with Luis the owner and he was very polite and professional. He agreed to review my project details the very next day and follow up with an estimate later that same evening; he did just that.
The price was better than fair,in fact it was 40% less than another bid i received. His work is clean and precise. He also offered much good advice during the project witch was very helpful.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with his work and competitive labor rates.
