I just sent Chris and Eliot out the door, and--as usual--they made life better while they were in my home. From Sherry who answers the phone to Chris or whoever comes out in the call, these people are running their business the way I wish everyone would. They have never let me down once in all the years I've used them, in three different homes. It's so unusual to place a service call and start feeling less stressed the minute I dial the number, but that's what happens when I dial Malco. Every time.

Pretty simple job, 14 light switches and 9 smoke detectors. Too much for a lazy old fart like me. Easy scheduling, punctual, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. Pricey? IDK, I think everything is expensive nowadays and I'm good supporting local small business and having the job done right. Yeah, I'd use them again.

I needed to upgrade my electrical service in order to install a generac backup generator. It was a complicated process and took more than a year and 3 months because of delays caused by AustinEnergy. Throughout the often frustrating process, Randy from Malco Electric stayed on top of pursuing the project, kept me informed, and worked well to coordinate with the generator vendor especially about the complicated design. When it was finally possible to do the electrical work, his crew of several electricians was friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this outfit.

I recently had Malco Electric come over to replace ceiling fans & light fixtures, change breaker switches, and install a ceiling fan in the garage. The first crew, David & Austin, were fabulous and installed everything while keeping every area clean. I needed more lights so for the second time at the house, it was David & Steven who again were fabulous & cleaned up everything as they worked.
