Andre was my primary go to electrician when Edison delivered a nasty power surge to my house which burnt out the service panel, appliances and electronics. He was unrelenting in analyzing and fixing every single aspect of this zapping experience from detecting why certain appliances and sockets were dead, to fixing the main service panel. He was quick, efficient and explanatory every step of the way. He is also transparent in advance as to costs and his fees. Very fast, fair and professional. I will be hiring him again for all electrical related issues from now on, simple and complex. A very pleasant and polite man.

So we had an electrical emergency last night. I found Andre from my Next Door app (great reviews there too). It makes me feel good to say that there is honesty left in our world. Andre walked my husband through some steps before he came over to save us money, when that didn't work he came out to our home and checked out the situation. Being a woman, sometimes I feel I get taken advantage of because of my ignorance when it comes to things like electrical, plumbing or home repairs. Andre never once made me feel this way. He actually encouraged me to learn and watch what he was doing for future issues. His prices are fair and he didn't tell us that we needed to do more than necessary. I could not have asked for a better experience. Oh and he was very friendly, great customer service.
