Andre and his team produced quality work, cleaned up after themselves, and they very obviously enjoyed working with and respected each other - which says quite a bit. I cannot recommend Andre from Makena Electric highly enough. I work from home and blew out the breaker that my computer and all peripherals are plugged into. It also happened to be my busiest time of the month. Andre responded quickly and although he originally wasn't going to be able to come out until the following day, managed to squeeze me in at the end of what was probably already a long day for him. He arrived on time and treated me and approached the job like I was the only client he had that day. The price was more than reasonable and he took the time to show me what the issues were and how he was going to fix them. He also fixed some issues that we were having in a couple of the bedroom outlets while he was here. He also shared some strategies how to make the breaker panel last longer and not require a replacement sooner.
Lastly, but certainly not least, he was respectful and spoke to me as a homeowner and not as a messenger for my husband, which I really appreciated.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience with you . I truly believe in catching people doing something right in order to help drive performance and set level of expectations for other company. In today's  compatative environment industry the success of any company depends on people like Andre( Makena Electric) . Andre was accommodating, courteous, patient, excellent knowledge of his job, friendly, and honest.He was every polite and made sure to cover all the details I needed for my job. His price bit all the competition and that's why for the 4th times I choose him to take care of my job. Him and his crew are fast , don't waist any time, accurate, and do clean job.

Makena Electric provided service four different times. The first three were well done and everyone was courteous and efficient. The last time went from bad to worse. When confirming the day and time, Andre said Friday, at 10:45 am. I had to remind him that it was scheduled for Monday at 10:45 am. On Monday, his coworker arrived at 8:00 am! I told him I wasn't expecting him until 10:45 am. The time could not be changed and I had to cancel an appointment so I could remain at home while they did the work. My daughter was home but she was at work in a separate office, and could not be distracted or to follow up on the job they were doing. It appeared to me that Andre was upset and it ultimately showed up in his workmanship. Plus, when I asked him how much I owed him it was $50.00 more than what was originally quoted. He had forgotten that my daughter was sharing in the cost of the work done. Unfortunately after they left, I noticed that the electrical outlets were unequally placed, and he had charged me $150.00 to do the job when I supplied all of the supplies. Needless to say, I will have to have my contractor make the adjustment on one of the outlets. It will definitely be the last time Makena Electric will be doing any more work for me.
