Andre and his crew did an amazing job with electrical work on our home. We had several lights and a ceiling fan that needed to be replaced. Because of the high ceilings, we were worried it would be a difficult job. But they did a phenomenal job. He is very responsive, reasonably priced, and super friendly. If we need anything else done in the future, we know who to call!

Emailed Andre and he returned my message in a couple of hours. He doesn't usually work Saturdays but took my job because he happened to live nearby. He had me fully explain all the symptoms we we're experiencing and then started to get to work. He was very meticulous in his trouble shooting. The other reviews about Andre being personable are spot on. His price was very fair IMHO. I would certainly call him again if needed.

Andre and team are the best! I contacted them after seeing other really great reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. I've had them come out a couple times already to replace my 80s lighting with new recessed lights. These guys really know their stuff - I was very impressed by how efficient they were with wiring my new recessed lights with minimal cuts into my ceilings and walls. As an added bonus, Andre and his crew are super nice people, and Andre really seems to care about his clients and have our best interests in mind.

Andre is the best! He came out to install a transfer switch for a generator and had to engineer on the fly since I already had a bunch of other stuff next to my panel. He also diagnosed a problem with the generator (which will soon be on its way back to the manufacturer).

Makena Electric will be my go-to as long as they don't close up shop and move to Canada or Jamaica or somewhere!

We called Andre last week because our garage door wasn't working. He called me back within 15 minutes and was at our house on the same day. It did not seem like an intuitive problem (essentially, an issue in our backyard ended up tripping up something in the garage) but Andre figured it out in one trip and got us back up and running that afternoon. He was great to work with and it feels good knowing that when we have electrical issues in the future we can reach out to him and trust his input and his work.
