I highly recommend Joe and his team at Major Electric. First I've been looking for several years, we have a 100+ year Craftsman home 2 story built 1912. We had old knob and tube wiring, barely got State Farm to insure. Finding a professional company, reliable, attention to detail, affordable was like finding a needle in the haystack. Until I spoke with Joe, from the beginning professional and kind. Came over, was punctual, and gave a professional written assessment. When he came to work on panel he worked all day and I to the night to get job done. Having people at your home banging a way can be stressful, not with the team. We are so grateful we found Joe. He did panel and my sons room that was so scary with horrible old outlets. Our job was not easy but he did not complain and he continued to do a 5 star job. I found Joe Lugo through the neighborhood FB page. He responded immediately, came over the next morning and replaced an old electrical outlet. I had him back 2 weeks late to deal with circuit breakers. I found him to be very personable, knowledgeable (especially my old house), he explained things well, did not rush me or dwell, and charged a very fair price. I appreciated his quick response and follow thru and also that he never tried to upsell me. These were only 2 smallish jobs but I intend to have him come back any time my old house needs him.

Joe from Major Electric has done a few projects for me in the past, and I can't recommend his work more highly. Not only is he communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, but he was able to 'undo' a few poorly-done projects in my 100-year-old house before putting the rooms back together the right, legal, and safe way. Joe has wired two bathrooms, a hallway, and various other projects at home. Looking forward to working with him again when the next project comes up.

Joe Lugo at Major Electric has worked on several projects at my house, from low voltage to installing lighting and I've been extremely impressed with his meticulous work and problem-solving every time. He has noticed and corrected previous electrical issues that weren't up to code and fixed them just as a matter of course. He listens carefully and advises, and is always up for a challenge, one of which included renting scaffolding in order to install hanging outdoor globe lights in a large live oak tree. He also planned and recommended an internet (wired and wireless) solution to link an ADU and main house, and helped significantly speed up my home internet through wise advice about purchases. He always does what he says, is easy to contact, and is very clear and thorough. He also coordinates very well with the other trades. Basically, if you have any electrical issue, complex or simple, Joe is your man!
