After researching several highly rated Angie's list plumbers, Majestic was the only one to call back after initial calls. Giving me the impression they actually valued my service. Then when their plumber arrived he was very courteous and informative. Worked quickly and effectively. Made sure before departing that I was satisfied. Even helped answer a few other questions not related to called service but for potential future jobs. And the final escalation to superior customer service was the price which was way below the other companies I had been in contact that were also rated positively. Will definitely recommend Majestic to others. Will also use in the future

In MY OPINION.....They don't even deserve the one star! This company offers horrific customer service, their technicians are incompetent and they are WAY over priced. Majestic never finished the work at my home, what they did was sloppy and I still paid in full. I realized things were not completed after having a licensed professional come check the work the following day. It was then I realized that I had been taken! They never finished the work I paid for nor did the pass the necessary inspection! I felt forced to cancel the final check because of the unfinished work. They did not make timely attempts to correct the issues, although they did have time to keep sending me invoices and put a lien on my home the day after Christmas. I had both plumbing and electrical work done and they had already received over $10,000 in payments from me for work that they did complete. I had to take them to court to get the final bill adjusted because they were so unreasonable and rude. They refused to give me or my insurance/warranty company breakdown information on the work done nor about what charges were for labor and what charges were for parts. They were fully aware all along that was a job was being paid for by the insurance company! I couldn't believe how difficult they were to work with! It cost me more out of pocket because they refused to disclose information about paid in full invoices on plumbing. It seems so unethical and cruel! You can not trust this company! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! You WILL regret it!!!

Majestic Plumbing was a DREAM to work with. I was able to request a quote and have someone scheduled to come out within 24 hours. I received the quote promptly (which was our lowest quote of three companies total), and was on the schedule within 24 hours. Majestic (our technician Cole and team) arrived on time, were friendly, courteous and respectful of our home. As my home is 120 years old, the work to be done was quiet complicated and they were able to complete the job in record time. I HIGHLY recommend Majestic for plumbing due to their ease of scheduling, constant communication on the progress of the job and courteous and knowledgeable technicians. They have earned a customer for life.

We actually came across Majestic on accident while trying to call another plumber, and I am so glad that happened!!!! We were in a messy situation in our basement and when I called, they were so nice and helpful. No charge to come out to check things out!!! I liked that because I did not feel the pressure. They were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. I did not feel like I was getting ripped off at all. He was in and out of there in no time with the job done (and even cleaned up the mess that my toilet/shower drain had given us). I will definitely recommend this company!!!

Let me start by saying that Terry, electrician, did an excellent job on my recessed lighting install. If I were simply reviewing Terry's work, I would provide a 5 star review. When my expectation differed from the reality, Terry offered advice based on professional experience. Further, when challenges arose, Terry consulted me at every step of the way, worked neatly and quickly, and left my home in great condition.

But truth in disclosure requires that I share more. It took several attempts in order to get someone from Majestic out to my home. After taking a day off from work to meet with their technician that never showed up, and then a second technician failed to show on the same day. Ashley at the home office tried to make things right by apologizing profusely. Unfortunately as this cost me money, I shouldn't have had to be the one to bring up a customer discount.

Again, Terry their electrician did a great job! Bottom line, the Angie's List deal that led to my calling Majestic was not honored either. If your time is valuable, consider my experience as well as the outcome prior to scheduling.

I have had occasion to use Majestic for both plumbing and electrical work in the past year. In all cases, the individuals assigned to the house have been professional and knowledgeable. The professionals on each visit took the time to explain what they were going to do before starting work. The work is fairly priced and there was no time wasted in any case. This company is now my go-to business for plumbing and electric services.
