Repeat Customer! If there were different categories Majestic plumbing would receive 5 stars in many categories such as service, friendliness, timeliness, quality of work, knowledge of different problems, Teamwork, honesty and maybe a couple more if I really thought about it. Where they fall down is price and overall thoughtfulness of the big picture of plumbing. Full disclosure is I can DIY most plumbing repairs. So I know what parts cost and at that point, for myself, what am I willing to pay for labor? I believe Majestic is on the very high end of professional plumbers when it comes to price. I am willing to pay more for their service because I trust Allan. Sometimes peace of mind that a project gets done correctly is priceless. You will find cheaper plumbers but at what cost? That's your decision. I hope this is helpful.

Majestic was fantastic. I called late on a Sunday night with a plumbing emergency. There were no technicians available until the next afternoon. However, the representative on the phone could here the panic in my voice. She promised that if an appointment became available, she would try to squeeze me in. I had actually called three companies, but Majestic was the only one who treated my emergency as their emergency. I received a call from her at 6:53am. . The technicians were at my house by about 7:30am. . I had running water and properly flowing toilets by 8am! So blessed! These guys were wonderful. I would definitely call Majestic again!

Early last week, we had an a pipe burst under the sink. After inspection on Tuesday, the technician told us that he would need to order the part. After sitting in his car for an hour, he informed me that he wasn't able to get in touch with the office, but would let us know what the status would be.
The next day, we are informed that it'd take a couple of days to get the part in. So they let us know it would be repaired by Friday. We made it a point to let them know that it needed to be repaired before the weekend. We were hosting a child's party on Friday.
Friday comes and goes and we finally call in the afternoon only to be notified that the part has not come in and they'll definitely have it repaired by Monday.
Here we are and after a hectic weekend of avoiding our kitchen sink while throwing a child's party. Still eating out which is also costing us.
This afternoon we were told Wednesday. After my partner informing them that this is completely unacceptable, they agreed to send a technician out, but locked the part in the building to which the technician, Doug, replied that it's ""not his problem.""
The service here was absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. Did not show up in the time frame they said that they would. Did not perform the service we had scheduled for today. An exorbitant price estimate for one hours work (500$) leads me to believe that they do not want the job.

I found Majestic Plumbing & Electric through Angie's List and requested a quote. They came out to my home and took the necessary measurements and said that they would be in touch with a quote in a week. 8 days later they email me a quote of roughly $2300. I accept. So far so good.

Then everything goes off the rails. I had to reach out to them a few times to get on the schedule. Apparently one of their guys was on vacation, so they needed to wait until he got back to to schedule me. A little annoying but fair enough. 12 days later the guy gets back from vacation and they finally get me in the schedule for the next week. On the very morning that they are scheduled to come do the work I get a phone call from Majestic saying that they the job was now going to cost upwards of $5,000, and nonchalantly asked if I still wanted him to come out?!?! They refused to honor the quote that they drew up themselves! The over 100% price increase was one thing but the callously casual tone of the man on the other end of the line was another. It was as if he was halfway through binging Stranger Things and really didn't want to come out. As if he was happy to suggest a cancellation, so he could get back to binging or whatever else he was doing that was seemingly more important than the job he was hired to do. They were extremely unprofessional. Needless to say I did not let them do anything at my house. After they wasted nearly a month of my time, I hired another company and couldn't be happier with the work they did.

A bit of advice for Majestic Plumbing and Electric: Next time try doing your research BEFORE giving a quote. If you do give a quote, HONOR IT! If something changes, try letting the client know before the day of. Do better.

A bit of advice for anyone else reading this who's looking to hire a plumber or electrician: keep looking. These guys are extremely unprofessional.

Repeat customer for plumbing and electrical. Had a new dishwasher installed and upon arrival plumber provided a quote which I found acceptable. Installation went well and plumber removed old dishwasher. I highly recommend.

Absolutely pathetic customer service and the end result was not much better...

If you're the kind of homeowner that wants your yard looking like total crap even after they supposedly finish, and the company refuses to call you even once, then this is your kind of company!

By the way, I had the EXACT same service done at my previous house and there not any problems at all. So don't try to tell me I don't know what I am talking about...

In sum, we had them replace the water line from the street to the house.
For whatever reason, the initial repair failed inspection. No big deal, but not even one single call from Majestic even after a WEEK. I finally called and was told they were waiting to get it re-inspected. She promised me that someone would call me within a day to explain - NO call after two days.

I called again and received some crap about them waiting on the inspector. Guess what, I SAW THE INSPECTOR OUTSIDE MY HOUSE, CHECKING ON THE LINE, TWO DAYS BEFORE I CALLED! She promised that someone would be there the next morning to finish the yard and said that she would call me if anything changes. Again, no one showed up and no one called.

I called again the next day, and asked to speak to the manager and was told he was in a meeting (yeah right). I was told he would call me back and that someone would be there to finish the job the next day. Once again, no one showed up and no one called, not even the manager...

Eventually, the yard was filled in after 17 days, but in a sloppy, half a**** manner that I am having to redo part of it myself - I wish I could post pictures here! They just dumped dirt on the lawn when they could have used a tarp, and ended up killing a LOT more grass than was necessary. Now I am having to re-sod the grass where they created a much larger than necessary mess.

Again, no one called, left a message, note, or anything! Please see my third paragraph above (about having this done before) if there are any questions.
