We had a recent issue with our landscape lighting being cut during an outdoor project. Majestic came out and found the cut wires and had it fixed in a few minutes! It's awesome to see our house lit back up at night again!

For the second year in a row, we've had issues with our misting system dripping and misting after the pump turns off. I called the office and asked them to send someone out today to address the issues so the system doesn't drip all weekend. I emailed and called with no response.

The super team from Majestic installed the most beautiful lighting in my back yard and around my pool. Recently, they returned to repair some lines damaged by another company...under warranty! Wow. Fast, efficient and friendly. Can't ask for more than that!! Highly recommended!

I've used Majestic on two different houses now and both times have been outstanding experiences. I was in the first house for 5 years and they did multiple installs and always provided timely service. In my new home that we've been in for three years, we've already used them for 3 different projects and each time, the install went great and we have been ecstatic with the product and impact it's had on the beauty of our home and functionality of our backyard. Majestic is first class all they way. Highly recommended.

We scheduled an visit for Majestic to do an estimate for our house and we were called two hours before saying their truck had broken down. I guess it is possible that the truck just broke down, but it happens to be two hours before this appointment. I have adjusted my schedule so that I could be home for this appointment. They may have a nice web site, but just lost a job.

I had a maintenance contract with Majestic based on
the number of lights in my yard that I have tried repeatedly to cancel. It was originally for 22 lights but 15 were replaced by another company due to a lightning strike. I asked for the contract to be cancelled due to the change in the number of lights as well as the answers I received from their office. I will be disputing the original credit card charge in an effort to receive the refund that the company refuses to give me. Based upon my very negative experience with this company I would not recommend them to anyone and I would ask potential customers to consider my review before proceeding with this company

I am providing an update to my original review. In February Majestic performed a service call on 22 lights including changing light bulbs and I paid 100. In July they performed another service call but for only six of my lights. Obviously since they serviced lights at a reasonable market price in February I was expecting the same pricing and was not given any warning about a change in the pricing. They changed the light bulbs and serviced the lights consistent with the February service call. However, I was just billed 750!!! This is over 100 per light!!! Additionally I was sent the invoice on Friday for the first time and was told that it was past due.
This company is a gift that keeps on giving but in a really bad way. There are so many other great lighting landscape companies that will provide you with excellent quality service, ethical and honest behavior and consistent pricing. Majestic is NOT one of them.
