At first I was totally impressed with the professionalism of this company. They called me shortly after my inquiry, and continued to call until we were able to connect. They worked with me to reschedule our consultation when rain made it impossible to get to the work area. When the weather forecast showed rain on the rescheduled date, they contacted me to make the change. Even made a point of asking if a weekend appointment would be inconvenient for me. We set up a 90-minute window for the appointment and I made arrangements for someone to care for my disabled husband so I could give them my undivided attention. The day of the appointment ---- NO CALL, NO SHOW. Monday came, and I called them. No answer. Left a message. 6 hours later I still have not heard from them. Needless to say, I will not be calling again.

I called to request a quote for hardware repair of my entry door. Gary came out the same day and assessed the issue. He sent me a text before arriving and included his picture. This was something I had never received from any other home repair service and provided me a sense of comfort knowing who to expect at my door. He was very professional and knew exactly what I needed. He provided the estimate and came out to fix my door within a short time, even though it was a very small job. His price was very reasonable and my door has worked great since (I was previously not even able to enter through this door). He provided a warranty and told me to call him directly if there were any problems. I have many more projects around my home and I am so excited that I now have Gary and Straightline as my go-to! I researched every choice on Yelp before moving forward with Straitline to redo my rental's laundry room by moving it from the garage to inside the house. Once in the house, it became apparent that the home was in desperate need of repair post-pandemic neglect. Gary's team was professional and responsive. He helped me pick flooring, baseboards & paint in a day! His team worked so fast because I had a pending open house to get ready for. The home turned out lovely. I had an issue with my wall in which I accidentally removed some of the knockdown texture. I reached out to several companies via Yelp. Gary (owner) got back to me promptly and provided me excellent and detailed communication. After settling on Straitline, I also had them touch up some other wall dings and do some re caulking around the bathtub and vanity in one of the bathrooms.

Gary looked at what needed to be done and provided a very fair and reasonable estimate. His workers did a thorough job. I will definitely be using this company again for anything that needs to be done with my home.
