These guys are a scam and I would highly advise to avoid them at all costs. I called them for a leak detection test on Friday May 31. They scheduled me for early the following week. They took my credit card because they charged $89 just to come out for an estimate. Knowing this, I wanted to trouble shoot my property first so I called them back that day and asked them to cancel my appointment which they said they did. The following week I realized that they didn't refund me back the $89. I called them back and Tammy said she would let the owner know. Today is June 12 and still no refund. So I called back again, spoke w Tammy again, and she admitted that yes I did cancel in the appropriate amount of time, but said the owner still had to charge me because of a clerical issue on THEIR part where a time slot was taken up by me when they could have used it for another customer.
This is completely wrong and I've filed a fraud/ dispute claim with my credit card company. The $89 isn't a huge deal but it's the fact that this company is basically stealing money from customers. Buyer be ware of using them. There's plenty of other plumbers and leak detection companies that are far more honest and trust-worthy. Shame on Mainline for their dishonest practices and fraudulent activities!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I called for an apt, and clearly let them know that they must come with a minimum of 200 feet of hose since the tank is in the far back of my property, for a guest house. They said ""no problem"", and I called back a second time to remind them about this as it's a holiday weekend and we have no toilets and I don't want a problem when he gets here. I was told ""no worries, we're have enough hose"", and he showed up with less than 100 feet of hose, saying no one even called him to ask about the 200 ft of hose! So after arguing with the office they basically said ""sorry nothing we can do"", and left us with no bathrooms on a holiday weekend!!!!

Made an appointment to fix a variety of minor plumbing issues. They were able to come the next day, and right on time. Plumber was friendly, professional and fixed all of the issues quickly. Very pleased with the service provided. My only comment is that it was way more expensive than I expected. I have no idea what plumbing services cost these days, but it just felt high, as do all services for any company you hire to fix something. Oh well, it is what it is, and I am just happy I found MainLine who provided quality service.

Ned is wonderful. Nurse showed up at my house on time with 30 minutes of my call. He was very professional respectful and knowledgeable about his craft. A deposit was needed to start the service but that's OK because it is put towards the service.I definitely will be using main line plumbing again.

I had a plumbing emergency at 5pm on a weekday, and went down the list on Yelp. MainLine was the second number I called. (I'm still waiting for the first place I called to return my call...) I explained the problem and was told with apologies there weren't any technicians available in Fort Lauderdale. In the meantime a shower valve had blown out and was flooding the bathroom. The guy I spoke with didn't have any specific recommendations for who else to call, and suggested I continue to call the next on the Yelp list. About 5 minutes later, while I was leaving a message for plumber #3 (again, no returned calls from that one either), the same guy CALLED BACK and said a technician had just became available. I gave him all the location information and a short time later Angel, the technician, arrived. He was able to temporarily fix the problem until a replacement part can be ordered, and I've happily found myself a new plumber!
