We subscribe to a home maintenance service for electrical. We have been fortunate that they always seem to reach out to Main Stream for their services. The last couple of times we were in need of service for electrical issues, Matt has been our technician. Not only did Main Stream immediately called me and informed me that they would be sending out a technician with a date and time, which has always been within 20 minutes from my initial call. Now that is service! We have also been extremely happy with Matt the technician. He has always called and advised me that he was on the road to the house and the approximate time of his arrival. In that call he asked details of the issue we were having and other pertinent questions so that he knew before he arrive exactly what he needed to do to fix our problem. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his field he is courteous and patient. This house is my parents home. My mother is 88 and my father is 93 and they live alone. I don't live in town, but I am the one who my parents call when they need anything; so I call and set up these type of services for them when needed. The first time Matt came out my father expressed to me he really liked him and felt very comfortable with him. He also requested that when I called for service a few days ago to specifically ask for Matt . Once again Main Stream immediately called me and set the appointment up as well as made sure to have Matt perform this call. We have been very happy working with both Main Stream and Matt. I nor my father have no problem referring Main Stream to anyone for their electrical needs. D Lopez

I highly recommend Main Stream Electric! I called them in a panic after a home inspector found a previous electric company did not have the work they performed on my home permitted. My house was in escrow and I didn't think electrical issues would be a problem. Karina was able to get me an appointment within in 24 hours. Rick and Jesus were amazing and flexible in correcting the numerous issues at my home. I was able to get the previous work permitted, thanks to Rick and Jesus, and my home sold without any delays. I had a really great experience with MSE and this is the only company I'll be calling if I have any electrical issues or want upgrades in the future.

I was having problems with the AC and electricity in two of the rooms. I called two minutes to five, and I didn't think anyone would answer. To my surprise Corrisa (sorry if not spelled correctly) answered. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. This was after closing so most of the employees had either gone home or were at other sites still working. Corrigan stated that Shain (the owner) would be coming to check out the problem himself. I was truly starting to believe that good electricians/contractors were impossible to find. Shain was perfectional as well as knowledgeable. I thought I needed to replace the entire breaker box but he explained that I didn't need this replaced. He gave me some pointers on what can be done so that I won't continue to have these outages. I am so pleased that he was honest and didn't charge me for un-needed services...he didn't charge me at all. You (your company) will be the only number I call when I need an electrician. I would definitely recommend Shane and his company. (This review will not allow me to make any corrections unless I do the entire thing over. Professional is how it should read...and Corrisa again I apologize for miss-spelling your name. :)

Lost power on the ground floor but the breaker was not tripped. Called Main Stream Electric and spoke with Shane. He talked me through a few possibilities that may have occurred. He hit on one I hadn't tired and got the power restored immediately. I highly recommend Main Stream!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Mainstream was! From my first call, through estimate, service, and cleanup, every person I worked with was polite, professional, and efficient. I had them repair an outdoor outlet and install a new electric car charger outlet and they were fairly priced and did an immaculate job. Issues with my crawl space prevented them from installing it the original way but they clearly explained the issue and were able to find a solution at the same cost in the same time frame. I will absolutely use them in the future!

Asked Main Stream Electric for an estimate to install an electrical outlet in my garage adjacent to a junction box housing the lines to a driveway light fixture. They showed up on time and were very cordial however it became clear they did not want this project. Their first estimate just for a new outlet was around $460. They tried to justify the cost by saying the parts were very expensive. After some discussion they reconfigured their estimate and this time included ""all the discounts"". The new bid was $440. When I made the appointment I was told they would have a 2-hour window so they could do the work if we agreed to proceed, however during our discussion on site they told me they could not do the work today anyway. I paid their $60 visit fee and they promised to send me a receipt. Never received a receipt.
Apparently my project just wasn't big enough.

A Main Stream management representative called me to followup on my review, refusing to cash my $60 check. He felt the service was no up to their standards. Quite an exceptional followup and a reflection of a company concerned about their performance. As a result I raised my rating.

Main Stream Electric has now completed 2 jobs at my home and I could not be happier. Rick and another worker completed the 1st job on a spa hook up a few months ago. We liked them so much that we called them back when we needed additional electrical work done. Rick and Ray just completed the 2nd job on indoor lighting. They are professional, on time, communicate well, and clean. Best of all, they do a great job. We would recommend for any electrical work you may need completed at your home.
