I had a few outlets that were dead and it wasn't just a fuse. I found Ertan's number here and gave him a call. He arrived an hour or so later, found the problem quickly and had it fixed in a flash. He's a friendly guy and charges reasonable rates. I will definitely go to him the next time I have a problem.

My wife and I just finished an upstairs remodel and we had Ertan do the electrical work after finding him on yelp. He lived up to the reviews here and then some.

I had him install some new outlets, convert some old knob and tube outlets, install smoke + co detectors, pull rg6/cat6 to all rooms, pull new cable runs from the satellite/antennas, install recessed lights and replace some hack job closet lights with a nice clean install.

All of the work was top notch and I probably asked Ertan about a thousand questions, each one he was happy to take extra time to answer and share his experience with.

Ertan made all of his commitments, was on time every day, was fun to work with and very willing to help out with advice on various other aspects of remodel I was looking at. In addition, after he was done, there was some work I wanted to do on my own, he gladly leant me some of his tools that I would need to get the work done!

Before yelp, it was really tough, being new to the area, to find good contractors. Yelp helped me hit the nail on the head with Ertan and I can't image doing any electrical or general contracting work without him in the future.

One final note, his helper Jim, shared most of the same qualties as Ertan and was a pleasure to have around helping on the job.

Incredibly impressed with Ertan's speed and reliability. He let me know the right way for new recessed lighting to be installed in my condo as part of a remodel, and made sure all the little things were done right and managed the inspection. He also fixed my bathroom electricity the first time with a quick house visit, but then fixed it a second time *over the phone.* Impressive.

I had two experiences with Ertan. The first was great--he was professional, friendly & did a great job installing some motion detector lights at my house. So, when I had another light that needed to be installed, I called him again. had a fairly lenghly conversation about how much the light weighed, I told him I'd recommended him to neighbors, etc. Anyway, we scheduled an appointment for him to come two days after this conversation. The day of our appt came & after waiting for him for 30 minutes I finally called. It went straight to voice mail so I left a message. I called again 30 min later, when he was an hour late. Still it went straight to voice mail so I left another message. I thought maybe he had gotten the day wrong because it seemed unlike him to stand a customer up. I called again the following day & it rang normally (didn't go straight to voice mail), but still no one answered so I left a message. It has now been over a week & I just never heard from him again.

I hesitate to write a bad review because I really did have a good experience with him the first time, but given that he did stand me up and that I haven't heard from him & left three messages with my phone number (which he had anyway when we made the appt), I thought I should post something. If I ever do hear from him again & it turns out that something really bad happened that made it reasonable for him to not show up & never contact me, I will edit this review.

Ertan has been taking care of us for years at my place of business. We would never even consider using someone else. He is simply the best and a joy to work with!

When I moved and thought I had an emergency project, Ertan was willing to drive an hour to my new place and start a long day at 7am for me. Luckily it wasn't necessary. The fact that he was willing to do that for me...just golden!

It was great working with Ertan. We needed to install additional recessed light fixtures and have him make other adjustments in our condo. He did a wonderful job - was pleasant to work with and was fair and reasonable. We also hired him to do something additional construction work for us - building a fence. He is a 'jack of all trades'.
