Set up an appointment to have several things fixed at my parents home. Both on the phone and in person, the employees were courteous and very helpful. Tom communicated his earlier than scheduled arrival time well and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the job. Also, very courteous when my elderly mother shared her problems charging her camera!! Great experience, highly recommend!

I had a last minute STR (short term rental) inspection issue and needed same day service...really I needed service within a few hours. They replied to my email immediately, were super friendly on the phone, and someone was on the way within the hour. The electrician was very pro, very knowledgeable, and just pleasant to have in the house...there's nothing worse then an awkward house vibe when someone is in your home...this was the opposite.
