Excellent response time and work. I Deal w/ contractors constantly and these guys worked to get job complete in 1 day - coordinating w/ Nathan to get new spotlights, transformer and dimmers. I love folks who get the job done! None of this stuff like : I don't understand what the last guys did so I can't figure out; or let my boss send you some pictures and you can choose lights. They delivered. Thank you Nathan, Rene and Kenny. Highly recommend.

Extremely happy with the service from Madison - Edvin and Mark came over and did a complicated chandelier install for me in an entry way with a high ceiling and made it look much easier than it actually was. They were very professional and the installation looks great! Will definitely call them again for any of my electrical needs.

We were very pleased with Madison Electric! The usual rule when you purchase something is: ""Price/Quality/Speed, pick any two"", however, with Madison, we got all three! We recently had an emergency situation when a fallen tree branch pulled down our power line and in turn pulled the 'weather service mast"" or whatever it's called, off the side of the house (the pole to which the power line attaches, and carries wires to the electric meter and breaker box), doing significant damage and creating a dangerous electrical live wire situation in our backyard. Southern Calif Edison came out to turn off the power, but could not reconnect service until the repair to the damage had been done by an electrician. We must have called 5 or 6 electrical companies to try to get some quick help. Most were message machines and never got back to us. But with Madison Electric we were greeted not only by a live human being, but also one who was super friendly and helpful (Nathan) and who got us immediate help - he was able to send two of his technicians out to us in about an hour! The work was performed neatly, expertly and as quickly as possible, plus the cost was quite reasonable. All of the other 5 star Yelp reviews here are for real - Madison Electric does a super job. So.Cal Edison was able to reconnect us later that same day (they were helpful too!) so we didn't lose any food from the fridge, and could resume all of the other many many activities we perform in our lives every day that require power (amazing how much we rely on it). Thanks again Nathan and Madison Electric! We are grateful.

I initially called Nathan of Madison Electric on a Friday afternoon after calling to arrange for an alarm system to be installed and being informed of electrical requirements of the alarm system. We had just had early morning prowlers at our bedroom windows the prior night, so were anxious for the alarm to be installed. Nathan was concerned and willing to have the job done as quickly as possible. He and his workers were there Monday morning! After giving me a good price, the work began. He and his workers were so polite, efficient, industrious, respectful and responsible. They wore socks inside and cleaned up after themselves. After recent renovations, one bedroom can light wasn't working properly. The connection was tightened, and my dimmers were adjusted so that light was no longer glaring at night. They were so very helpful, and I really appreciated that. I am so grateful that such a polite, professional, industrious,personable, and conscientious contractor is in our area, and I have YELP to thank for our finding him. I will definitely call him for electrical work in the future.

No wonder those guys have such stellar reviews ! Our electrician bailed on us unexpectedly, so we needed help figuring out why the lights of our rewired house are flickering. The Madison Electric guys responded quickly and were amazing !!! They fixed the issue and by the way, they also closed off an old outlet (I had left this for my general contractor but I guess they just saw it and did it on their own, which to me shows professionalism). Later on I incorrectly thought that the issue persists (it turns out it was just a defect bulb) - the guys were back immediately ready to fix it, and were super nice despite this actually being my mistake.
True professionals - highly recommend them !

So one of my outlets had a cracked plug, and I had the bright idea of trying to install a new one at 3AM on a Sunday morning. I thought everything was done correctly, but sure enough when I turned the power back on, my outlet didn't work, and 4 other ones stopped working too. WONDERFUL

So at 6AM on that Sunday morning, I was tasked with trying to find an electrician to come and fix my mess. Not exactly the optimal time to get a quick reply. In fact, I had attempted to contact multiple electricians, and the only one to reply that very Sunday (and early in the morning, mind you) was Nathan. Awesome!

Nathan happily answered my questions, both promptly and courteously, and provided me with an estimate for the work and what was going to be done. The quote was definitely reasonable, and he mentioned that he would be available Tuesday - so I agreed to have him come in.

Tuesday shows up, and his team arrives on time. They do an inspection, and it turns out that some of the wiring under the house was faulty, and turning off the power was pretty much the straw that broke the camel's back - so it wasn't TECHNICALLY my fault. They fixed the issue, and upgraded all 5 of the outlets for my mom smoothly and efficiently. The best part was that they provided us with their own outlets, and we did not have to purchase any additional parts. This was a HUGE plus for me personally, because I'm so used to having to pay for extra parts whenever I hire someone to fix things.

They even made some fixes to some of the lightswitches in our house that had issues, something totally unrelated which my mom had asked for, and they happily took care of the problems. Again, parts were provided at no extra charge. Although I was not home at the time, my mom said that Nathan himself stopped by to check on the situation and ensure that everything was running smoothly

The next day, he followed up with me to ensure that everything was still in working order, which I definitely appreciate.

It's been about a month, and so far we are having no problems at all with the work that was done. It's been a huge relief, and I highly HIGHLY recommend Nathan and Madison Electric. We will definitely be contacting them again for more work in the future
