Two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for this company to come out and give us a quote for kitchen electrical. I called today to check on our appointment and Mercedes answered the phone. She is very rude and abrupt. She told me that there is a ""3 hour window"" and that appointments are for ""PAYING CUSTOMERS""! I told Mercedes that the nature of ""free quotes"" is to gain business and this company is not the only company that gives ""free quotes"" everyone does it. Mercedes then told me that they can not pass up appointments with paying customers just to come out and give a ""free quote""! Mercedes should not be allowed to answer the phone nor book ""appointments or quotes"". This company has a lot to learn about customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - I know we will.

I can't say enough regarding the excellent service provided by Kevin and Mike of Madaras Electrical. They arrived on time for our scheduled appointment to trouble shoot an electrical problem that would cause a shock when metal was touched in our outdoor kitchen. Unfortunately, it was necessary to climb into a quite small space under a sink and beside a refrigerator to access the electrical boxes, but Kevin accomplished this with ease and good attitude even in the Houston heat. After finding the problem he was able to apply some creative ingenuity and he devised a solution to fix the problem. After cleaning up the area I was presented with a bill that was unbelievably fair in price. I would absolutely recommend Madaras Electrical to anyone in need of electrical services. They are fair and professional.
