My first time and I'm extremely impressed! Called in the my issue late morning and they had a person show up later that afternoon. Their repair person showed up with mask and within an hour repaired the circuit breaker and rewired an outlet. I will definitely encourage anyone with electrical work to this company. Superb service!

I had a pretty serious electrical issue that started about 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. I figured there would be no way I could find someone to come out to take a look but I reached out to MacGray Electric to see if they could help.

Glenn responded to me quickly and said that although they were done for the day, one of his electricians, Bryan lived near me and said he could swing by to take a look.

Bryan identified the problem quickly, (a bad main breaker), then he and Glenn coordinated with SDG & E to get the power turned off to the house so Bryan could make the necessary repair. Unfortunately it took SDG & E almost 2 hours to show up, (and by now it was after 7:00 pm), Bryan came back to finish the job.

It is rare for a company to go the extra mile but Glenn and Bryan did just that, If you have the need for a courteous, professional electrician who really cares about customer service, I can't recommend MacGray highly enough.

I typically have a low threshold of tolerance for tradespeople here in North County San Diego, but this company is the best that I have ever dealt with. Total pros that communicate well, charge a fair rate, and get the job done. I couldn't be happier with these guys!!!

Awesome service! We are moving & the buyers had a request for each breaker to be examined prior to the sale of our house. MacCray Electric was able to send someone out immediately! In addition, Bryan was quick, clearly explained what he was going to do, & kept me in the loop. Awesome service!

I was recommended Macgray Electric by my Realtor. I needed 2 ceiling fans installed in my 2 living rooms and a loft extractor fan. The quote was reasonable so I gave the go-ahead to do the work. Today 2 guys came to my house, on time, and proceeded to get on with the installation. I supplied the 2 ceiling fans and Macgray Electric supplied the loft extractor. The 2 electricians overcame several issues that arose, which were hardly surprising when they don't know the way the house was built, and did an immaculate job. Before starting in each room, they carefully covered everything, and after the job they removed the rubbish and left my house as clean as when they arrived. They were polite, brought their own drinks, and were clearly very skilled at what they do.
My thanks to Glenn Macgray and his staff for a job exceptionally well done. I will not hesitate to use them for all my future electrical needs and highly recommend them.

Super good experience with MacGray electric today. Our new home in San Diego needed some Retrofit lighting. The MacGray man on the scene was super. His first name Eulice is third generation. Make sure you ask for him. Several times we needed some creative thinking to get around some difficult obstacles. Every time he solved the problem.

Fixed a non existent problem in 2 min and charged me $65. When I called to ask why it was an hour to drive down to my house and back up.... Didn't make sense.

Glenn is awesome! We have used him with clients for years now, he is fair and very professional. He has a very impressive setup with his work vehicle, and doesn't need to go out and get materials, he already has them on hand. My go to electrician!
