This is the second time we've used Mike since we moved to Ventura a few years ago, and we can't believe how lucky we are to have found him! If you are upgrading a system or building from scratch, I highly recommend Mike and his crew for the work. They are not only pleasant to work with but very knowledgeable, even when you have a tough job (which we did on his first visit with us). We have told and will continue to tell friends about MAC Audio Visual! You can't go wrong.

Had Mike come in to change out our old wall mounted 50"" flatscreen for our new 65"" TV. He replied to our call in a timely fashion, showed up on time for our scheduled appointment, was pleasant and professional, came well equipped and performed the task in an efficient manner for a fair and reasonable price. So nice to have this service available in the Ventura area!

Mike was amazing! He did an awesome job on mounting 3 TVS and on 2 of them he put the wires in the wall. The 3rd TV was above a brick fireplace and it looks great!!! He was very professional and went out of his way to run to Lowe's for extra parts for the brackets I already had in my house. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mike followed up and was able to come out within two days. He called beforehand to confirm the address. He was very professional and kind. He mounted our tv over the fireplace and hid all of our wires behind the tv. Luckily we already had an outlet above the fireplace. There were some issues that came up along the way with the wiring in our older house but he was a trooper and fixed it. He made sure to stay until the job was done which I appreciated. Despite having to stay longer than expected he never made me feel as though he was being inconvenienced. He was honest and walked me through each step. You don't find many people that you can trust to do the right thing but Mike is one of them. I would highly recommend him for another job and I'm looking forward to calling him out again for any other electrical or tv mounting requests.
