I have had this service for the last 2 years. They SUCK...

I had my annual service done and everything was great as the tech told me. Fast forward 48 hours my system shut down. I called MAC 5 out because I did have a service plan. They told me I lost 3lbs of gas in that time frame, so they offered me a deal to add dye to see where the leak was and the additional 3lbs of gas that was there before the technician went to work. I said give it to me because obviously if you 3 lbs of gas that is a major problem. Fast forward to today...the persons is no longer employed with Mac 5 and they took my money on what they caused. Manager told me I would be reimbursed if they were not able to sublease their techs problem. They didn't and this is by and away a company I will never promote nor give another dime of my money. Brevard residents beware...not a local company.

The electrician was very friendly and efficient. He installed everything and helped me adjust everything to my liking. I would use the service again. The 4 stars is because he left my attic door dirty and I asked him to clean it off and I think her forgot.

I was working with my crazy landlord so things were kind of difficult but these guys had the patience of Jobe. Walter was my plumber and he had X-ray vision knowing not only was the wax seal bad but the toilet flange was broken. The initial estimate was high to me. My landlord flipped out. So the manager worked with him. For me, I understand the rise in everything and I attribute it to sticker shock. That's why I do things myself but I rent this place. Walter did the repair correctly and left the bathroom cleaner than when he arrived. He also showed me the issues what was needed to remedy the situation. The first time we communicated I thought I got I bill not an estimate which caused some miscommunication and that caused some problems. From now on I'm not in the middle, I'll let my landlord call Mac5. I'm sure he will use them again. If he doesn't he's a bigger idiot than I thought.

Technician did not even look at or verified the needed repair but gave me a quote for $1400.00 and said he knows what it needs just 2-90 connectors. I suggested to look at the problem first he said its to early to get dirty. When declined the $1400.00. I was charged a diagnosis with a report of what's needed for the repair I needed.

Very very expensive... you ask for a quote to replace air ducts and they give you a $10,000 quote
