Been without AC in this Texas heat for 2 weeks. Needed an electrician to come fix the wiring for it. Called several times, the warranty company called with no answer. I finally get a hold of him, and he says it will be another 1-2 weeks before he can come out and fix it. I told him I have an elderly lady and young children, he said he told me the story that the warranty company said it was OK if he came out in a week, but they never gave him approval for 3 weeks. Then he hung up on me. Clearly, he didn't want a lawsuit knowing that it's 92 degrees I my house. I will be reporting this business.
