So good! I had some rather complicated ""smart"" light switches that the handyman could not figure out and install properly. But M3 Electrical was able to solve my problem with some fancy wiring! He is great at solving complicated electrical issues! Will only use him in the future.

We cannot speak highly enough of M3 Electrical and Mike, owner/operator. We contacted Mike for the installation of a pre-wire for a pendant light installation over our kitchen island and for the installation of a pull-down TV mount above the mantle of our fireplace. Mike was punctual, did excellent, precision work (the placement of the light, the measurements and the installation), and did so at a reasonable rate. Mike replaced some substandard electrical work done by our Real Estate Agent's landscape contractor Tino; who took 8 months to complete minor fountain repairs and when doing so shorted out my courtyard landscape lighting. When we discontinued services with Tino, due to his substandard work, we phoned Mike who scheduled us the following week for an estimate.

He is so genuine, honest and kind. He was upfront with his estimate, scheduled us within a week to do the work and his pricing was very reasonable. I support local businesses as much as I can, especially due to his support of the military/veterans. Aside from his professionalism, he is a very kind and reliable person.

Mike was a pleasure to deal with and he's definitely on my short list of people to call for future work.

Our house in Disco Bay has some quirks to it. One that got annoying really quickly within a few months after we moved in was the placement of one of our wired-in smoke detectors. Code says you have to have one on each floor and one in each bedroom, but the builder placed the ground floor detector right in our kitchen.

A smoke detector in a kitchen? Really?

When we were making our wish list for things to chance or update in the house moving that detector was top of my personal list (my wife's list was way more interesting). I contacted Mike, he made an appointment to take a look and moved that sucker the same day.

Here's the really good part though - no mess. He was fastidiously clean. I honestly would have been ok with a little dust and debris on the floor, but nope. Not a speck.

This wasn't the most complex job, but I appreciated the attention to detail and I'm so much happier with that detector in the dining room now.
