Jacob arrived on-time with all the materials needed to do 2 ceiling fan installs (including wiring), extra outlet plug in garage, and 4 recessed can lights.

He tarped up the areas he needed to work on to keep our floors and furniture clean. He had to go into our attic to do the wiring on a 100 degree day (I would guess its upwards of 120-150 degrees up there).

Jacob is professional and did a great job on our electrical needs. Price and quality was good. Thanks Jacob.

Hired then to fix no power in living room. The guy said he'll need to run a new line under the house. He told he'll go get parts / cable from store. He was gone for 2+ hours and then billed me over $300 than the quote. Looks like his modus operandi is to bill customers even for the time he's not on the job site.

Have used him a few ones over last few years. Initially found him professional and a good value. However, used him a couple times this year and, while he still does good work, felt he materially overcharged for work done, materials, etc. for example, brought the wrong materials to the job and then was gone for 2 hours getting the right materials. Tried to charge me for the time.

Will not be using him again.

I found Jacob on my neighborhood website. I needed my exterior outlets fixed. He came over and tracked down the problem and fixed it.

These guys came through for me. Jason was awesome and handled things. After trying to connect with several other local companies who were unresponsive and unreliable, M&W actually answered their phone, were able to come out within a few hours, and quickly restored the power the the half of my house that went out. I monkeyed around with those other guys for three days! I should've called M&W first!! Don't be like me ... call these guys right away.

This company agreed to the job. A person showed up to Troubleshoot a residential problem. He was on site for 23 minutes and left. Technician Jacob Miller said,""I won't charge you, I have another job."" Problem not repaired. Not enough money in it?
