Three years ago I became tired of using the very large HVAC service companies and their endless scheme of trying to upgrade a home owner to a new unit after an annual inspection. At that time i spoke with the Carrier AC manufacturer & they recommended trying M & M Heating & Air in Stockton.
I arranged for my 3rd yearly maintenance service plan yesterday and am once again pleased with the service. Gilbert, the visiting technician was courteous, personable and highly qualified in his field. I highly recommend M & M Heating & Air and their staff.

They are the best company we have ever used for anything!! ( we've used plenty) Everyone from estimator Darren to install guys, Chris & Gabe, cher the manager to Julie the phone receptonist; were all terrific- friendly, efficient, informative with a great price to boot! Better than the other 4 companies we interviewed. Very rare to come across a company so caring and well run as they are. If your doing your hvac system this is the only call you need to make. Seriously!!!

I called a number of HVAC companies who seemed generally uninterested in answering my call for ac service. I thought that's what they do, but their bad attitudes make you feel like you interrupted there time waiting calls for whole system replacements only.
Anyway...I called M&M and received the best experience, from the gal who answered my call for service, to the technician who performed the initial troubleshooting, to the technicians who performed the removal and replacement of my old ac unit. Cordial, polite, professional and affordable, how can you beat all that.
Give these people a call, because they expect no less than you do!

Our HVAC was old and we decided to replace all of it. Our house has it in the attic. We talked to 3 companies and chose M & M. They added 2 zones on a rather small house because our master was always hot. They did what we asked for and solved all issues we were having. About 6 months later we had to replace the HVAC in a different house. That one was on the roof which required a crane maneuvering around overhead lines and a new platform to set the new unit on. Great job on both houses.

Chris and Gabriel came out to clean my ducts, they were very professional, friendly and fast. They left my place clean, and kept me informed of the process. I had quite a few questions, and these guys gave me honest answers, and didn't try to sell me anything extra, which was much appreciated. I also got a lower quote for duct cleaning with M&M than with any of the other companies I called around my area. They got a ton of nasty dirt from my ducts, I really feel like my family and I will be breathing better!

Called for appointment for new system. They came to take look at existing system which is 14 years old . Mentioned will email the quote but never received it even after follow up!!

I have the original heater in my crib. It's 21 years old. Money is tight right now. My heater started tripping. If I gotta replace it I know it's gonna be a grip that I just don't have right now. Turns out it's just a couple hundred bucks and I'm good to go. They could've told me anything but my man (I can't read his name on the receipt) hit me with the truth. It's refreshing to deal with that kind of professionalism and honesty. When I'm ready to replace puppy, I'll be calling you guys. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I've used M&M in the past and was very happy with their service, so when I had to replace my entire HVAC system due to age I did my due diligence and called out almost a dozen companies for quotes - M&M gave me the most thorough quote of any of the companies with a detailed explanation of the work and items involved, information on the proposed systems (they gave me a good, better, and best recommendation), answered all my questions and really LISTENED to what I wanted in my new system before we even got to a quote. The staff were friendly and professional, were willing to work with my crazy night shift schedule, are very tech savvy in their communications, and the crew I swear left my house CLEANER than when they arrived! I am a loyal customer and I highly recommend M&M.

These guys are amazing. Super responsive and identifies our issues quickly. They were able to fix our collapsed air ducts without any problems and without charging us an arm and a leg. I would highly recommend them!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Our heater went out on 12/30/14 and my father called them to come out but they said they could not come until the following day 12/31/14 between 10am-2pm. He made the appointment and gave his cell phone number (and they verified it on their caller ID). The next day at 2 when they never showed up or called, my father called right at 2pm and a bunch of times after until 3 wanting to know why they did not show up. No one answered and no one called back. I arrived home at 4 from work and tried to call again, with no luck. I then tried to call other companies but because it was New Year's Eve, they were closed and so we had no heat that day or the next day as it was a holiday and I'm sure we would be charged extra. On 1/2/15, first thing that morning, I called another company that came out immediately since we never heard back from this company at all!
Then on 1/2/15 at 12:10, I receive a voice mail message from them. Note that they are supposedly open at 7am, but it took them until after 12 to call us back!
It's bad enough they never showed up for an appointment they made with us, then they take this long to call back.. but on top of that, I get this voice mail basically blaming us for missing the appointment. She said she did receive our messages, but that they called both numbers (we only gave them one number, so already this sounds suspicious) and that the one they called was disconnected and the other there was no answer and the voice mail was full. Well first of all, I checked my dad's cell phone and there was not a single missed call from them. Second, he rarely receives calls on this phone and I called to check and the voice mail was not full. Then she states that if we had called them sooner that day they could have made it... well it was 2pm when they didn't show up and my dad did call and no one answered, so how much sooner does she mean? Before they all decided to just take off and go home early that day and not take care of their customers?! Apparently this is what happened since no one answered the phone at that office and then lie about calling and then blame the customer for not showing up. If we had known they would not be able to make it that day, it would have at least given us a chance to call to see if someone else could come, but because of this company's bad service we went without heat for over 2 days! And not only to not show up but to lie, take their time calling back, and blame us for their bad service. I definitely would not recommend calling this place if you want your heater fixed. I went on Yelp and found another company with good reviews, which is what I would recommend if you want a reliable, dependable company, with good customer service.... something that this company is lacking.
